Mar 25, 2017 This happens a lot actually, I don't know why they do it but with celebrities especially they will try and get them in more trouble with a previous charge on their release date. I assume its because they have money to fight it if there's a build up, or maybe because they wanna tackle the cases one at a time. Really not sure, but I remember this happening to someone else also. Has happened to someone in my family also.
