Apr 15, 2016 People can say a lot about Boston (especially Red Sox and Patriot) fans as far as being arrogant, but Celtic fans are pretty knowledgeable and definitely show respect, even when an athlete is hated.... Celtic fans, mind you. I remember this, when the Celtics were absolute trash, and Kobe received MVP chants in Boston... Pretty crazy the amount of respect Kobe had in Boston, even during both Finals.

Apr 15, 2016 Yeah I'm hearing some say bad stuff about this too and it's ridiculous and kinda disappointing actually. I know there's a ton of people who don't like Kobe but as a basketball fan I don't know how they can't appreciate and respect what he's done. This last performance was incredible in so many ways yet people just want to say '50 shots' or try to say the Jazz weren't trying or whatever (not true). I wonder if most of these people even watched the game or just looked at the box score. You'd think at least at the very end when it's all over, people could give him his due but I guess not. Kinda sums up Kobe's career in a way lol, always had people trying to discredit him or make excuses. There's still that crowd that gives him little to no credit for the 1st 3 rings cuz of Shaq. Guess it is what it is, but I don't really understand it...People sure do hold onto hate for a long time, d---. It's their own loss if they can't appreciate what Kobe's done. This last game was a top 10 Kobe performance imo, all things considered and he's obviously had some amazing ones. *edit* Also to me the game would have been less impressive if he took less shots but got way more FTs. Kobe truly earned this 60, it wasn't like he had 30 gift FTs since it was his last game, he only had 12 FTs I believe. He earned this with contested jumpers, escaping trap defenses and double teams. He was coming off picks for his shots especially later in the games, Utah was trying to stop him.

Yeah the front office decisions (especially the one to keep Bryon Scott so long) had nothing to do with it, huh? People act like the reason the Lakers s----d is cuz they had no salary cap money or something due to Kobe's big contract. This isn't true at all, the Lakers had enough money to sign 2 max free agents. Honestly it was better long term for the Lakers to lose this season anyways, they need to keep their draft pick. Kobe realized he couldn't be his old self anymore, so he announced his retirement. If he would have kept milking it beyond this year, people would have a better argument. I think Kobe did it the right way. Plus if we're being honest, the thing that destroyed the franchise most in recent years was Stern vetoing the CP3 trade, that led to many problems down the line. If you'll notice, every single NBA player/former NBA player/coach/anyone who's been directly involved in then game etc respects Kobe and realizes his greatness. It's these other clueless fans and people who've hated him since the Shaq days that are speaking out against him.

Apr 16, 2016 Don't even get me started. I was at the f---ing gym and my friend texted me as soon as it popped up but I didn't read the text until 9:20. I was doing leg press and he signal was s-----y so stuff wouldn't load. By the time I stepped outside there was only XXL left s--- sold out in less than 20 minutes, which is actually pretty decent but I should just ran outside and gotten better signal. Shirt was 65 and now it's going on grailed and eBay for like 199-299
