Feb 18, 2023 I get where you’re coming from with the Kanye thing. I liked A&W better but that’s probably because I can be a sucker for longer songs when they’re done well and I think she did it well. The first single is definitely more digestible though

Mar 24, 2023 Beautiful album. I really like the concepts and messages of Kintsugi and Fingertips. I don’t like the interludes though, I don’t know why they’re so f---ing long lmao. I guess they add to the story and atmosphere of the album but I really could’ve done without them and will probably be skipping them every time I listen to this in the future. I also wish there were more songs like the second half of A&W. Most of the new songs in the first half feel like more of the same. The second half is much more interesting to me for some reason. Kintsugi, Fingertips, Fishtail, Peppers, and Taco Truck x VB are the best new songs but that whole second half is good song after good song. The long track lengths make this album a chore to get through if you’re not in the right mood though. I had to take several breaks listening to this. I’m giving this a 7/10 for now but I think some of this will probably grow on me.
