    watching Man of Steel for the first time rn

    His parents make no f---ing sense. They wanted their son to make his own choices in life instead of having a predetermined fate like the babies on krypton. But they sent him to earth so that he would be like a god to humans and so he could bridge the gap between humans and kryptonians. They literally did the same thing as the other people on krypton
