Like I smoke a lot but I wouldn't consider myself addicted, I genuinely just like them. I have the gum just to give me a head start especially with work - i like it because it's still doing something too - like when i would normally have one i can at least do something rather than have a patch on and just hope for the best

Darts are good coz u never look awkward, if ur at a party u can just roll a dart and not look out of place. it's something to do with your hands

haha nah i was always going to on holidays especially just to take advantage of the cheapness

i tell u a good way to quit - have a massive night where your hungover as s--- and the last thing u want is a ciggie. It works well using your last memory of them as s--- - that's how i quit weed when i was younger.

I'm still gonna smoke again here and there but I'm just giving it a real proper stop right now especially cos of the price of them - I'm quitting drinking for a bit too every year i generally have a detox period plus if u cut out beer your ciggie quit chances escalate by 30000%

Probably the hardest part about quitting. Seriously. You look occupied. On your phone or just standing drinking a drink u look like ur a 53yo virgin waiting for a blind date

I probably don't even need the gum tbh... but no matter what I don't think I'm ever going to lose the fact I LOVE a beer and a ciggie while watching the footy. That's just one of life's greatest pleasures for me.

I'm assuming you're American - one thing I hated over there recently was how you couldn't drink and smoke anywhere, like there was no beer gardens you just had smoking areas (if that) that you could only smoke in.

This was when I was like 17 - went through the typical teenager phase. One, if I'm gonna do drugs I want s--- that's gonna get me going not make me tired.

Two, I went to Sandy (Sandringham College) not sure if you've heard of it - wouldn't be surprised if you have - but it was Stonerville, people selling and smoking on campus and I just saw so many mates fry themselves - not in like a sad way but just in the way it'd frustrate me because I hate that whole "everything's chill mannn" attitude of stoners and how they're just so content doing nothing. Like I'd invite them to parties and s--- and they'd not come because they'd just wanna smoke bongs, Grand Final day one invited me over and the whole day him and my other best mate just smoked bongs out the back and I was just like omg at least watch the countries biggest sporting game you've invited me here to watch.

One of them's fine now he's off it but yeah, I don't mean it in a ruined lives way I just hate the "chilledness" everything's chill and funny bs. I smoke it like once or twice a year though, because that way when I do it it's like the first time again and it generally does something too. I've known other people where I literally ask them "does that even do anything for you anymore or is that just like having a ciggie because that's your eighth bong this hour."

I genuinely have nothing against it by the way, it's just not really my thing... well not something I go out of my way to do.

It's better than alcohol life wise - one thing I read once which I think is so true "if everyone in the world smoked weed there'd be world peace for 15 minutes" something you could not say about alcohol. Especially here (Australia). If the world swapped alcohol with weed it'd be a much, much better place.

Also, adding on from the hating the "chillness" whatever lifestyle of stoners, that would probably also stem from me having ADHD and being quite hyperactive, especially in the timeframe I mentioned when I wasn't diagnosed/on meds for it so that definitely would have increased the frustration looking back ha

Never smoked tabacco only smoked it thru chop bongs good way to get addicted to weed. Only time I smoked a full ciggy was when my mate played me 20 bux to smoke 1

Things that keep me busy during the day...

Right now it's definitely work (12 hours a day). I make sure I get a hour or 2 of phone time in with the wife and kid, then a hour and half of gym time. Normally I try to squeeze a hour of video game time in, but it's been rough the last couple weeks.

Work every weekday obviously.

I run a an Australian football page on FB too and I'm good at Photoshop so i make lots of graphics for that as well as do some write ups cos i wanna do sports journalism

Other than that just watching sports i guess
