    Dont really measure how much I drink, I do drink a lot but not enough for my job. On site I drink about 3-5 bottles a shift.

    I work in a bar as a chef and we're provided with literally massive jugs of ice cold water from the waitresses, I usually drink 2 of them because I work split shifts, about 8 hours of work. After that I get home and have 2 glasses of water. That's the regular for me, not drinking enough water has a big affect. I get lightheaded easily so it's a great medicine.

    During summer I'm used to drinking around 3-3.5 gallons of water every day

    I'm very inconsistent with it
    Usually I need 8 glasses (about 1.6l-2l a day ) and manage to drink
    Sometimes I only drink about 4 glasses

    Its a lot better than before I left college though;

    I just drink water out of the faucet, I have a big water bottle and I just re fill it from the faucet when it’s empty

    Is Faucet water bad?

    Depends where you live/if you mind the taste. I just put mine through a brita filter.

    I have a 40 oz. water bottle and I try to make it a point to drink at least three full ones a day (about a gallon/3.5 liters).
