I know I f--- around on this forum alot....but.my mother died today. 55 yrs old. I just got out of rehab and had 30 days clean when she died. I relapsed when I found out. Anyone have any advice? I'm not taking this s--- very good. This is pretty sudden. Any advice?

I once read that it is men who are romantic, women just like the idea of romance/ being romanced.
I wholeheartedly agree.


My boyfriend always makes me feel special, from kisses & hugs, his supportive, caring words, to random gifts. He recently bought me a "massager" just because, no special occasion, for example, and last week a new phone (I lost mine).
And while I give him affection, and tell him what an amazing person I think he is, try to keep the house relatively clean & tidy for when he gets home from work I feel want to do more to really make him feel as special as he does me and to show how important he is. But I feel stumped on what I should be do.

So gents, what are some things your lady friends do to make you feel truly appreciated? What things would you like your lady to be doing?


Side notes:
- I have only just started working again (thanks to him getting me a job) so for the next few months gifts will be off the table as I have to pay off some other things first.

- he is away atm so I will have dinner in the stove for when he gets home. But should I surprise and meet him at the station when he gets back in town?

I see nobody posted it so, yeah, yesterday we did a referendum an the yes won by 90% even though we had Spanish police beating up civilians (lot of them, eldery) trying to keep em from voting.

Lately I've been bored of doing the same s--- all the time so I am going into the woods in upstate PA about 6 hours from me tomorrow morning. No campgrounds or anything like that. It's just 500 miles of land. There's moose, wild bore, coyotes, rattlesnakes, black bears, etc etc. I'm gonna be in there for about 2-3 days depending on how things go. All I plan to take is a bag on my back and another bag to carry along with a 20 gauge just in case some animal tries to f--- me up. The big animals don't bother me because you can see them coming, the only thing I'm worried about is the snakes because they can sneak up on you. If I get bit by a snake out there, I'm done. I'm really just all in for new experiences.

After I make it out of the woods, I gotta drive up to NY to get to my hotel and clean up to go to a wedding.

If you don't see me login after Monday, I'm probably dead.

Like I saw @J0NATHAN make a post and now I got "Johnathon" stuck in my head and this name is f---ing cooked I've decided. Like the first half rhymes with the second half.

Where TF did this name come from? Sounds to me like there was a John in 2000BC who went on on some spiritual pilgrimage (ate like 6000 mushrooms while isolating himself from every human for 30 years)
When he came back a rambling s--- covered insane mental idiot, his first words were "JON THON" so the locals being the 2000bc pompous c---- they are, add a little Latin to it getting the name "Johnathon"

If it name is Johnathon btw I'm just gonna call u John or Johnnie cause what the f--- is an "athan" or "athon"

Ever since i've entered high school, I've felt pretty isolated in the sense of I don't really mess with my peers they all seem to copy each other to be popular or they act outlandish for attention and I'm not down wit it. Or they hang in groups but seem to hate each other Even joining football my teammates act the same. Should i stick to being chill and doing my own thing or join the "hype"

I don't have a steady GF, just a girl I hook up with sometimes right now and then whoever I hook up with at parties other times. Every time I tell myself that I'm gonna wear a condom and then I end up being too drunk to even care lol. I had a close call the other night when I was with this girl. Hopefully I can pull myself to stop being stupid because I don't need a kid. Especially with some random chick I hook up with.
