Sep 7, 2018 I was waiting for this. I think it has to do with the production outweighing the content. (A little nostalgia from that time period as well). The samples are fantastic. It’s the last Kanye/kanye related album I can enjoy thoroughly and just chill. However, I do think that it was more complete than people seem to believe. He may have thrown in a few lazy verses at the end to fill gaps or extend outros. I’m not gonna arguing that it is his best album or anything, it’s highly flawed and I’m aware of that. I just think people overhate it waaay too much. It’s a personal fav of mine. This Kanye and TLOP Kanye aren’t comparable. Kanye this year has been BAD.
Sep 7, 2018 Y'all need to chill, Ye's having fun. The jump from his Meh, "Ye" makes "TLOP" sound like a masterpiece. Only thing rushed about that record's the sequencing/filler. Should've kept it at the original 10 tracks.
