    did you see him before tho? dude puffed up way quick - similar to people iknow IRL that did roids. but then again wouldnt be surprised if he was on a really s-----y diet along with 4 pre workout supplements

    i was legit about to post this..wtf...you can easily tell who workout and who never touched the gym in this thread

    if he takes 3 protein shakes a day and workout 5 days a week he will get that s-----y body in 3 months
