    I see your point but tbf I don't perceive a lot of music as "romanticizing" drug use and a conscious effort to not romanticize will almost certainly come off as corny.

    Lmao, you can't say rap doesn't glorify drug use with a straight face. You'd have to be brain dead. Plenty of rappers manage to avoid it without being Prince EA or some s---. You're being defeatist about it because you don't care about it in the first place. That doesn't mean other people's concerns aren't warranted.

    Wasn't my point. Its not that I don't care about it, l just don't believe in censoring music for the sake of other people's concerns and I just see this as a fine line.

    This is called discourse where you challenge people's beliefs by having a discussion. I'm not forcing anybody to do anything. I'm not advocating for a regulatory body to filter what they see as fit. If you never raise the concern, they have no reason consider it. Talking about it increases visibility of the issue.

    There's nothing to be lost from raising the question. There's something to be lost by ignoring it.
