    Not mad tbh, its underrated/overhated. Need to re-listen.

    Jay Z has this which I really want to say is a classic but I'm 50/50 on

    d--- b, I always got The Black Album before the Blueprint and then American gangster. None will top RD tho

    First Mos Def album I heard :sweatt:
    Auditorium with Slick Rick is so dope, and what got me into Mos Def in the first place.
    It's a personal classic to me as well.

    Black on Both Sides is everyone's favourite Mos Def album but I'm inclined to choose Ecstatic over it.

    Check out The Predator.
    It's his third classic, imo.
    Also gave us two classic songs; It Was A Good Day and Check Yourself

    I might be the only person who didn't like BOBS. Other than a couple songs, it didn't interest me at all.

    You NEED to listen to Blackstar's album (Mos Def and Talib Kweli), Black on Both Sides, The Ecstatic and Yasiin Gaye: The Departure (Side One). The last album is a mash-up album of Yasiin Bey (Mos Def) and Marvin Gaye.

    Pls report back once you've gone through those essentials. :ohno:
    I loved BOBS. Umi Says, Hip-Hop, Mathematics, Ms. Fat Booty, Speed Law, Mr. n-----, Fear Not of Man, Love... oh man I might have to spin the album again.

    Don't know if it's slept on, but Stillmatic is a classic and a top 10 album of the 2000's...

    I'm hesitant to label it Top 10 of that decade but it's a great album. My first Nas album actually. :wow2:
