Jan 12, 2015 I'd literally bet my life that he was absolutely juicing. The best part of all of this is that his supplier(Alex Ariza) is now apart of Mayweather's team lol. Freddie Roach himself flat out said Ariza was "putting suspicious things in Manny's drinks" and since becoming apart of the Money Team Floyd has repeatedly insinuated that he's got dirt on Manny that could destroy him. Man this better happen. Since they'd air the fight on both HBO and Showtime I'm imagining we'll get episodes of 24/7 AND All Access. OMG this better f---ing happen lol.
Jan 12, 2015 Yeah im 90% sure Pacquiao was juicing. Vintor Conte also thinks Pacquiao is juicing & he is an expert in this area lol. I believe Pacquiao lack of power now is because he is no longer juicing as he wants to pass the drugs test to get a payday vs Floyd. Ariza is a shady character. Ariza isn't part of the Money team though just help Floyd with some stretches etc. Im looking forward to the press conferances & 24/7/All Access more than the actual fight which will probably be boring.
Jan 12, 2015 Actually Floyd has him signed to a two year contract. Whether it's to actually use him or to prevent him with working with anybody else is to be seen... but he's signed to TMT for two years. http://www.boxingnews24.com/2014/09...lex-ariza-as-his-strength-conditioning-coach/
Jan 12, 2015 Interesting. Ariza & Roach will probably get into another fight at the press conference so. Smart move from Floyd it will unerve Pacquiao & Roach. Floyd was terrible vs Maidana though lost alot of speed.
Jan 13, 2015 Parts of an upcoming interview with Alex Ariza. Ugh. "I know that Floyd wants this fight with Manny very, very, very badly. He wants this fight more than ever right now. I haven't known him that long, but I don't think I've ever heard him talk about wanting to fight anybody this much. He usually doesn't care who he fights. It could be this guy or that guy, but he really wants to fight Manny," stated world-class Strength & Conditioning coach Alex Ariza, who shared his thoughts on a potential clash between undefeated pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather and his former client, 8-division world champion Manny Pacquiao. Ariza recently relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he'll likely begin working with Mayweather in some capacity as he prepares for his next opponent. At this point, however, it's still unclear if that next opponent will be Pacquiao, who is reportedly deep into negotiations with Mayweather to make the fight a reality. Despite reports that there's been progress in those talks, Ariza, who was a member of Team Pacquiao for the majority of the years that the fight has been discussed, isn't quite as optimistic about the chances of it coming to fruition. "Look, of course I know and I'm privy to how one side [Team Pacquiao] works. And now I know a little about the other side [Team Mayweather] and how badly they want the fight. But I'm just going off of what I've known over the last four years. No, I'm not optimistic [about Mayweather vs. Pacquiao happening]. I know Bob [Arum] and I know that he's the one standing in the way of this, and that's why, for me, this fight isn't going to happen. Now is no different than the last five years; the determining factor on whether or not this fight is going to happen lies with Bob," Ariza explained. "I just don't get all worked up over any of that s--- anymore. They agreed to the venue? Big deal! Where else are they going to have that fight? They agreed to drug testing? Duh! They've got no choice. I just don't think those reports are a big deal at all."
Jan 14, 2015 Pacquiao has agreed to the fight http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id/12164550/manny-pacquiao-agrees-terms-fight-floyd-mayweather Its all down to Mayweather now. If he pussys out now due to some stupid excuse I'll loose all respect for him as the "great fighter" he's supposed to be
Jan 15, 2015 Completely disagree. I honestly believe both fighters have always wanted this fight. Bob Arum on the other hand..... Here's a depressing but good read http://www.fighthype.com/news/article19007.html
Jan 16, 2015 Don't like Ariza & alot might think he talking bs. But I believe he is telling the truth in that interview. Alot of it makes sense. Don't know why Arum doesn't want the fight though maybe he just hates Floyd so much that he doesn't want him to have the biggest fight in history.
Jan 16, 2015 I hpoe this fight really happens so I can see all these filipino people k--- themselves after watching PAKYAO lose
Jan 23, 2015 Cant believe it still hasn't been finalized these two but duckin it for way too long. I agree 5 years ago while they were in their prime wow what an amazing fight it would have been. But now its like f--- it just fight already and see what the geezers have left in the tank lol.
Jan 24, 2015 f--- this again, I'll believe it when I'm actually watching it. this will 'he/wont he' bs is annoying, really thought we were past it this time lol.
Jan 24, 2015 Ya 10 bucks. Hook it up to your tv and its the same s---. If im watching a PPV that i dont want to miss and deal with shaky/unreliable streams then i go with Bigevents.tv every time.
