I've got a 1 year old kid and have really let myself go. That said, I'm still in pretty decent shape. I have a set of adjustable dumbbells and almost no time to work on my body. That said, I'd like to get the most bang for my buck. If I were to put in 10 minutes a day on strength training only, what would you recommend as a plan. Obviously I'm not going to get shredded with 10 minutes and a set of dumbbells, but what's the best I can do right now? The goal is to increase my muscle mass as much as possible (or at least maintain what currently exists), and evenly through each part of my body. Would it even be worth it with my current resources? I used to lift a fair amount and am very familiar with different lifts/terminology.
