    Tbh, neither have I. I mean, from 1998 and forward, you're right. But back when Lifestylez of The Poor and Dangerous dropped, Cam was still hungry as f--- to prove he was a formidable lyricist. That all changed once he got signed. Tbh with you, as hype as everyone had gotten about Earl Sweatshirt and how good he was at his craft when he was only 16, Cam was wayyyyyyyy better and was similarly gory and edgy in that adolescent phase.

    Alright, I know I sound like I'm hating but I like Cam. He's just not lyrically someone who I talk about being one of the greats. Me and my friends used to bump his albums and make fun of him. We'd be like this is how he comes up with his rhymes, like if he was at a burger king he'd be

    "Yo I'm at Burger King, just bought an onion ring, we eating whoppers with no toppings and feeling like some burger kings"

    lol that's his rhyme scheme. Yes, he's had classic tracks, but I don't think of him when I think of a classic emcee. With that said he's way better than Mase and I was totally surprised by this track. Was thinking it would be some campy slow diss

    Ain't heard Ma$e come like this in a long time, it was dope... I was a huge Ma$e fan growing up in the late 90's and still am, I wish he'd come back and put out that "Now We Even" with some modern stuff on it.

    I'm not a huge Cam fan, but I'll be interested to see what he comes back with. This joint from Ma$e was just years and years of frustration and he finally unleashed it.

    I suspect the sister line may be about Charli Baltimore... I'm not sure even Cam even has an actual sister.
