May 19, 2017 Who finished season 2? My thoughts on the finale/season: Spoiler Was weirdly disappointed with the ending. I'm glad Dev and Francesca didn't end up together, but the way they teased it left a bad taste in my mouth. Not alorra. They were cute as friends, but the romantic chemistry just wasn't there. This is some imaginary bs Aziz dreamt up, and it wasn't a good enough storyline to end on a cliffhanger. I was rooting for Dev to hook up, but I just don't really give a s--- about them as a couple. Season 2 was fantastic though. The penultimate Dev / Francesca episode brought up some heavy memories of my own past situation. The Thanksgiving episode made me tear up. I still love Arnold and I'm excited for season 3. ALORRRA
May 19, 2017 Spoiler I know it's open ended but I'd like to think that she did leave her fiance for Dev simply because it will make for great drama next season, if there is a next season. He was basically trying to bag her the whole season and didn't really clinch until the end. But the foundations of that relationship are shaky and odds are it won't last. Maybe he'll get back with his ex or maybe he'll find someone else. I liked the dating episode but the highlight for me was the Thanksgiving episode. For a show about an Indian dude in NYC, the way they handled the nuances of coming out in a traditional Black American family was superb. Plus the soundtrack for that episode was dope especially the New Edition segment. Overall, great season and I think I might enjoy it more than the first one.
May 30, 2017 Spoiler i hope s3 isnt going to have him getting back with Rachel tbh. Unsure if you got that sense from her cameo And yeah, the whole Francesca thing got a tad too melodramatic. She was hot though
May 31, 2017 I'm going to start watching the second season tonight. I hope it's at least as good as the first one.
