Oct 18, 2021 Joe Grizzly was the man. Michael slammed his s--- into the stall 14 times and JG was still ready to run the fade and actually caught him with that right. A d--- shame JG wasn't in the Kills' mob. He'd have single-handedly dismantled 2021 Michael.
Oct 18, 2021 All facts I've said it a million times rob zombies Michael would destroy every other version of Michael and like you said joe grizzly would do the same the fact he went toe to toe with the baddest version says it all
Oct 18, 2021 I miss when Michael was just a f---ing creepy stalker with no magical powers. Halloween 1978 still the GOAT horror movie for me. But all the other Halloweens have been pretty much trash since.
Oct 18, 2021 Exactly. I like the idea of Michael being an emotionless, creepy psychopath. Driving around, walking around stalking his victims. I think that's way f---ing creepier and scarier than him rampaging for an entire movie.
Oct 18, 2021 I really wished that during the movie when the mob was gathering, he just went house to house, sneaking in houses and killing people. I thought that was the direction they were going in when he killed the old couple, but this movie was just a letdown to me. They're never going to get the character right, like they did in the first movie. Aw well.
Oct 18, 2021 Exactly, I feel like they think you can't do much with a mortal man who's just purely f---ing evil as if in the first 2 movies he didn't get shot like 20 times stabbed in the neck and eye shot in both eyes and lit on fire etc. it's crazy that carpenter is literally on set and thinks all this is okay it's literally his creation and he's cool with it...I don't understand. Going the supernatural way is just dumb Michael is better than the rest because he's just a man.
Oct 18, 2021 I feel like people don't understand the character at least with rob zombie he started over from scratch he was free to do what he wanted. He didn't continue from the original with these last 2 they're continuing the story I feel like they got Michael pretty good in 2018 but this one and where they're headed is eh as of now. They need to remember Michael is a stalker a shape in the background not f---ing Jason voorhes.
Oct 18, 2021 First movie when he stalks Laurie and the kid for like 30 f---ing minutes is so f---ing creepy. i think it's way creepier than the actual murders of the movie. Like how he's so obsessed with these two characters because they went to his house at the beginning of the film.
Oct 18, 2021 Meyers > Jason > Freddy The concept and actual look of Freddy is probably the scariest tho.
Oct 18, 2021 Completely agree I feel like Hollywood thinks more is better. When it comes to the Halloween films the scariest/badass scenes will always be the closet scene from the og and when loomis shots Michael he goes flying into the room then he checks the room and michal is just standing there imo and that required no cgi or high budget. In Halloween 4 Michael uses the barrell of a shotgun to k--- someone it was so cool because he rarely used anything besides a knife now they're giving him Jason kills.
Oct 18, 2021 I think maybe just the look. Very iconic. I enjoy the F13th franchise more than Halloween or Elm St as well.
