Sep 10, 2024 Fear Street The opening is a very nice hommage to the Scream movies. Quickly the storyline changes to a more supernatural story instead of just some creep with a mask. The rivalry between the cities is dope, but the second time (knowing the origin of it all) makes it less exciting logically. The kills are good, story is fun and the actors do a good job here. 7.5/10 Fear Street 2 The tribute continues at camp crystal lake Nightwing. Getting Cindy/Ziggy's backstory and to see the guy with the bag on his head (Tommy) was nice. But I kinda wish they also told more of the Ruby Lane story and the other 2 killers. Maybe make all of them short stories during the movies? Its a nice throwback story and also a great set up to the 3rd one. 7/10 Was gonna watch 3 too but then saw we had to play against Germany so postponed that to tomorrow!
