Wow... I guess the last 3 songs I have heard from Kendrick was Tints, Mona Lisa and this. And I didn't really like any of them. For Tints, I didn't really like the whole song in general. In Mona Lisa, Kendrick's part annoyed me. In this song, I was kinda loving it untill Kendrick's part. I really agree with some of u guys here. All of his albums were really great but if he really keeps up with this style in his next s---, it'd be the first Kendrick album I'd not put on replay....

Crazy to think that Eminem is actually better than Kendrick in 2018. I don’t think I’ve seen a rapper go so fast from making great music to whatever the f--- he does now. Hops on a song, hums a melody or sings a few lines. I need him to actually rap over some great production. He used to hop on features left and right and destroy. Looking back, TPAB is a fantastic album in its own right but I barely consider it a rap album (blacker the berry his most underrated song). d--- is absolute trash other than DNA. It was his falling off point.

I'm not sure but he has been 0/3 for now recently. I wonder when he'll be on a song I'll like...

TPAB is rap album influenced by jazz, funk etc. But rap has already been influenced by any genre. There can be rock, pop, jazz, blues, funk any kinda music in rap. That's actually one of the reasons I love hip hop production more than any other. As for d---., it's probably my fav Kendrick album, even though that changes from time to time. d---. is a classic that's for sure. But I'd agree with the rest.
