Mikey1990 Strength/Fitness Journal

  1. I weigh 70kg.
    I don't test my 1RM so my best lifts are 152kgx5 atg Squat & 177x5 Deadlift. I don't do much upper body work as it isn't needed for soccer.

  2. Doing the Candito program. 2nd week is tough but went well. Just Squats today.
    Squats
    135kgx10 PR followed by 130 7x3

    very tired.
