    LOL this is getting ridiculous...are they ready for no one to care? ratings & advertisements to suddenly go downhill & disappear?

    Sex sells, who would watch non-attractive women in this setting??? LOL

    Seems to me it's gonna be about contributions to charities or some type of admirable leadership role/experience etc. The problem is who the f--- has the time and money for those things in America apart from rich ivy league kids? Most people don't have the time and money for these sorts of activities. Judging on looks was the only way the less fortunate stood a chance in these pageants

    yeah i agree with that hard.
    it's like those deadshit charity workers on every corner of the city overly enthusiastically dancing at you. it's like yes we are sorrounded by ivory towers but ask the working class citizen for their money.

    Wouldn't this hurt USA's chance at Miss Universe though? I can't really see other countries following this rule so if Miss Universe is still about looks how will USA stand a chance with some average looking Harvard chick
