That whole Yair situation with the UFC is bizarre. I thought it was weird timing to make him vs Zabit, now it makes sense why they were trying to feed him to another prospect. Seems like he was on the outs with the UFC after the Frankie beatdown. Sucks that fight didn’t materialize though.

Assume he ends up in Bellator now. Yair vs Pitbull would be good.

They’re saying 30 shows on top of the 15 ESPN +. Too much imo. If that means they are scaling back the PPV’s to 5-6 a year then I’m fine with it. ESPN+ events should be closer to DWTNCS caliber shows.

What I understood was there'd still be 12 yearly events on PPV, 10 events on ESPN, 12 PPV prelims on ESPN, and 20 fights on ESPN+

Yea just saw that. Probably be a similar schedule, supposedly their will still be a few cards on Fight Pass. I canceled my FP subscription yesterday, not worth the hundred bucks or whatever it is for the year.

Dana White Contender Series is back Tuesday. Supposedly there is some 10 week Fight Pass package for like 14.99. Trying to hold onto some subscribers before ESPN + takes them all. I'm not sure Greg Hardy is worth the baggage he comes with if he ends up in the UFC.
