I was a coffee guy for years. Every morning before school I'd get up earlier than necessary to ensure that I'd have enough time to actually enjoy a cup of coffee. I had to cut back on the caffeine when I started trying to get my panic disorder under control. I still enjoy a cup from time to time, usually weekends when we brew a special blend, but it doesn't hit the spot like it used to. Coffee used to taste like the nectar of God to me. I miss that. RIP.
I usually spark an owl and sip on some Red Rose Orange Pekoe nowadays though.Ordinary Joel, DKC and Clive like this. - Nov 23, 2025

I don't have too much of a preference, but I like to go in the mornings. It's so refreshing. This summer will be a bit different because I'll be working 1st shift Monday-Friday, but I'll get out there during the weekend mornings forsure.Nuredin B, RickGrimes and FlawlessT like this. -

Same here, I've come to appreciate the tranquility of waking up to start the day right before the grind or before the soccer games I coach on the weekends. Since I graduated back in December I've definitely been a lot more calm & cool, haven't really stepped into the club or bar as often as before. Coffee is amazing forreal -

A lot of people I know don't really like fishing, they call it ''boring'', but it's actually sort of refreshing..
