Ok the white part we all get,

Sslp went platinum before Eminem was on 2001

The way I am is not the only meaningful song on that album

8 mile did bring him more fame but the mmlp still is the highest selling rap album

If Eminem would've died after the release of tes he would be hailed as a top 5 rapper my most and would not be overrated , it's just his latter work is no where near what he did in his early career.

I can see your argument easily for new em but old Em his flow was amazing, the raw passion and anger in his voice was dope and he never used to change the pace mid rap or start randomly shouting unless he really needed to (diss songs). His songs were structured amazingly and the production was top. He also had better subject matters back in the day and his rhyme schemes are goat (The way i am is a great example) He took the world by storm with controversy but proved he can make songs such as Stan and draw in a wider audience

But if I thought that, your post wouldn't make me change my mind. OP thinks Eminem is a bad lyricist. I can't understand his opinion, but if he thinks so that's his thing. He can listen what he likes, we can't argue opinions. If he thinks Kanye can easily make Lose Yourself, yet never did, I can't help him.

can't respect someone who says TES isn't even a good album. It's a classic. No doubt.

Production is phenomenal (Mostly done by himself). You're argument for MMLP and SSLP don't work for it since he changed his subject material.

Please explain why SFTM, Til I Collapse, Hailies Song, When the Music Stops, Say Goodbye to Hollywood, White America, Soldier, Without Me, and Cleaning Out My Closet are bad songs. I'll wait.
