    Wait is he really asking how to eject a CD when his computer doesn't even have a CD drive?

    Hope I'm wrong and missing something here..

    Does it have a DVD Rom symbol? the outline might just be an access point to get inside your lap top

    just get a disc mount software like PoweISO and download vice city off piratebay

    I read this thread before I went to bed. And I swear to god I had a dream that I was drunk and bought a laptop without a cd drive and I didn’t know what to do.

    Right I had the same problem as op...just search for something called system32 and delete that and it fixes it
