    I get the intent, but I just don't think it is that hard a hit. Nas made a name for himself telling stories and embodying different characters. Using that logic, there should be people out there listening to 'I Gave You Power' shaking their head like "this man isn't a gun, wtf". I like that BP2 track and think it's a pretty good diss regardless though. That sample is awesome.

    I kinda like YG, super interested in that track in particular. Nas sounded good on hit boi production last time around. Wonder if some of these are from those original sessions.

    "EPMD 2" beat is so disappointing imo. I think "Nobody" is a much better collab!

    Had no idea Eminem had a feature on this.

    For a guy who clearly idolized Nas from a very early stage in his career, it’s pretty disappointing for him to turn in such a s---, corny verse the very first time he’s gotten a (rap) feature on a Nas album.

    Won’t get a chance to listen to the rest of this till tomorrow, but to end the night on a positive note, I recently discovered perhaps my favorite rap “remix” of all time this week — Nas’s Illmatic: Live from the Kennedy Center.

    Really like Death Row East. Love the beat and his flow there. That and Brunch on Sundays probably my favorites

    The album is pretty solid overall. Good idea from @Michael Myers to make a seperate thread for the Stans. They gonna discuss this god awful feature to death lol

    Give me one more listen. I really enjoy this more than I thought I would. Miles better than part 1. Rn I absolutely love Nobody with Lauryn and YKTV with A Boogie and YG
