    Confused as f--- cuz I'm hearing everything from this game is great, maybe the best 2k game ever to it's absolute trash.

    I haven't had a 2k game in a couple years and mostly just use franchise mode/my player, are those features decent at least? Was thinking of picking it up this year, would be nice to play some with this year's Lakers squad.

    MyGMm has too many cut scenes/bs for my taste, like having to appease your guys minutes and roles etc, so I just stick with MyLeague.

    I think the game is great and I've been playing 2K for years.

    Tons of new classic players/teams, you can f--- around and create a roster with some legends and start GM/League season.

    I wish I didn't play 9 hours or so or I could of refunded it...I'm not down to spend tons of money on VC to have everything I want. Live's system of earning clothes and gear is better imo just from playing the demo. Still though, don't wanna have two basketball games so I'll just settle with 2K.

    Exactly! I may just say f--- it and have both games lol.
    Most of my friends turned to Live anyway. 2K's gameplay is still pretty much the same (as expected) anyway, they just improve graphics and add one new feature every year.
    Live on the other hand is a major improvement.

    Would you recommend live over 2k this year? Gonna have to do some research and decide. I'd mostly go with 2k but last time I was so fed up with the server issues and another issue I had so ended up selling it a week later for like $15.

    So yea not really down to spend $45 for basically a one week rental like I did last time.

    Imo Live is more fun and doesn't have server issues. I was in the neighborhood thing with MyPlayer and the game crashed about twice that day. First time it just sent me back to the Xbox dashboard and the second time it just froze. So the server issues are still there.

    Gameplay wise, I'd say Live is slightly better. 2K is still more realistic than Live though. This one mostly depends on if you prefer a simulation basketball game (2K) over something that feels more on the arcade side (Live). Picking Live cause I had more fun (and that was just the demo).

    On top of that if you pre-ordered Live it was only $40. I bought it then refunded it for 2K after seeing the neighborhood trailer, but now I wish I didn't do that smh.....

    I love the small things in live like going down court and my guy hi fives a teammate after assist or falls over someone after we both go for rebound

    I forgot to add to that. The presentation is a lot better in Live. It's picture perfect.
