^At least Lawson has another year until hes a FA. Dragic will be a FA this off season and seems to wants to play in LA, Miami or NY. Doesnt sound like he wants anything to do with Boston.

edit:Actually a couple more years, Lawson wont be a FA until the summer of 2017.

What assets do the Lakers even have outside of Randle? I dont think they could make a move for an impact player if they wanted to. Same with the Knicks.

I was hoping they'd trade Jordan Hill, he's had quite a good year actually and some teams could definitely use a back up big man. Ed Davis has been solid as well. Besides that I don't really know if there'd be any value with anyone else, maybe someone like Lin if someone is desperate. But yeah they don't have much, Hill seemed like the best trade piece but doesn't sound like they're gonna do anything.

No way they'd trade Randle, he's out for the year anyways.

*edit* If they were to deal with the Suns though, I heard the Suns would want the Lakers to take off the 'top 5 protection' on this year's pick, REALLY hope the Lakers don't do that.

Ya i know Randle is hurt and that they wouldnt trade him, he was just the only asset the Lakers had off the top of my head.

And trading their own pick for Dragic would be dumb. Theres good value in the top 5 of the draft with Okafor, Towns, Russell, Johnson and Mudiay. They should just keep tanking.

I get the whole nostalgia factor and it'll increase ticket sales, but giving up Thad Young for an old KG is not a good long term move. Wolves really pushed to get Thad Young included in that trade in the offseason and now they're already giving up on him? I don't get it, he hasn't done bad this year.

I guess it's a move the Wolves basically had to make to get the fans excited and sell some tickets.

True, that could help. Plus KG wants to buy the wolves after he retires so you know he's gonna take it very seriously even though he always does that anyways. I don't mind the move, just wish they could keep Thad Young lol.

With all that said, it still hasn't been made official yet I don't think.
