And despite a bunch of injuries to Bradley (19 games), Horford (12), Crowder (10), Olynyk (7) IT (4) and Smart (3) your team is still 4 games back of a team whose best player is 5'9.

What does that say about your team? Good move I guess, but its a win now move when the Championship is already won this year and for the foreseeable future.

Next stalker post gets you back on the ignore list like your last account, Trent.

Right? Ibaka and Thon Maker probably the same age, both like 32.

right, and the raps have been healthy all season

and so what if it's already won for the foreseeable future? you're building around a star talent that committed to your city, so do you waste his prime years because the NBA is a broken league and the top 2 teams are far and away better than the rest of the league? or do you try to put the best possible team around him and see what they can give you?

masai is gambling on derozan, and i'd rather see that out of my franchise than watch them stockpile picks and act in bad faith with a star that could have got a max anywhere, but decided to be loyal to the city.

not to mention we got rid of t-ross. we'll see if ibaka re-signs but this is a solid move any way you look at it.

Surrounded by great defenders, who more then compensate for him. Bradley, Crowder, Horford, and Smart are all plus defenders. We just haven't seen them all on the court together.

Raps have generally been very healthy, correct. But sure build around your stars I guess, but potential ECF appearances isn't something i get hyped about. Maybe I'm just a spoiled fan. Luckily the Celtics are able to rebuild with top 3 picks and are running away with the 2 seed at the same time. Very good situation for top Free Agents to come into.

Celtics could trade for Jimmy Butler tomorrow, but I'd rather plan for 3-4 years from now because he doesn't get you past Golden State and thats when I expect Lebron to start looking old and the Cavs fall off.

good for you, but for my team, that would bring derozan to 31 and lowry to 34. so i'd rather make the most of this window and see what happens a half decade from now when the time comes.

we're not mortgaging the future on this trade, we moved one of two first round picks that we own. and all in all, we won that trade.

solid move by the raptors, and they got better today.

LeBron still has at least, 4-5 years in his prime left. Plus, Kyrie will be entering his prime soon. Dude is crazy of how good he keeps up with his body.

rn hes f---ing r-----ed for playing so many minutes though, like its so unecessary.

if your over the age of 30 you should not be leading the league in minutes

I agree. LeBron wants these minutes though, if he says he feels great, I'll believe him. You know he will sit out a lot of games next month.
