Been a long 10 years for Lakers nation, can't wait for the chance to get another ring tonight..holy s--- i'm ready.

Heat won't go down easy but Lakers also have done great with close out games, so I expect they'll win tonight..

also as a long time Lakers fan, a major f--- you to every person who tries to discredit every big Lakers playoff win, I see it all the time..It's never 'the Lakers were the better team and won' it's 'the refs might as well have Lakers jerseys on' or 'wow they got lucky that so and so was injured or they'd have been screwed..' Some hate the Lakers so much that they never give them any credit, now add Bron to the mix and it's even cranked up to another level..

Lakers, Clippers, Bucks were the 3 'elite, championship level teams' this year and only 1 of them proved they actually belong there.

I now just don't look at comments on any sports posts. I get the same with my Australian football team. Any time we win it's always the umpires/referees and it's basically rigged.

Man even a year and a half ago, this would've been hard to imagine..remember Magic stepping down and everyone thinking the Lakers were a terribly run organization.

also they had to have the balls to trade the young core for AD, which Boston didn't wanna pull the trigger on. They made smart but also bold moves, picking up Morris instead of trading more for his brother like the Clippers did, picking up Dwight when the entire league didn't want him and thought he was done..

Bron bout to win his 4th in Orlando just like Kobe did, AD bout to get his 1st, 1st for so many others on the team too..10 years since the last Lakers title, winning it for Kobe the year he died..man tonight's gonna be special if they can close this out..I'ma be emotional, not gonna lie.

Well f---...credit to the Heat, they continue to overachieve even against LA. Butler is incredible.

Sure hope Davis is at least 90% for Sunday..can’t take this past Sunday.

What was Morris doing? Why was he even on the floor? Props for being in the right place at the right time with the rebound, but d--- did he not know what to do once he grabbed it. The fact that he even put the ball on the floor must be frustrating for LA fans. The literal last 2 people you want touching the ball in that situation...touched the ball in that situation lmao. Oof. What a waste of a classic LeBron game.

I literally screamed for him to pass it to KCP. He was standing RIGHT there. h---, toss it to Green for another shot. ANYTHING but what he did.



I guess we’ll see if Jimmy Butler can continue at this pace. Simply a “good” game ain’t gonna cut it.

Yeah I feel like if KCP gets that corner 3 wide open as it would've been, he probably hits it..he's mostly been clutch this year.

Bron also had a chance to pass to AD below the basket before he passed it off to Green..I don't hate Green taking that shot, but it's not the best option..Another few secs off the clock too if he passes it to KCP.

Really thought the Lakers would finish it tonight, Bron was incredible but still...feel like maybe he's gotta finish them himself next time if it's another situation like that.

most Lakers fans are pissed from what I'm seeing, and yeah he's definitely gotta hit that..but d---, can't get mad at the chance. he's wide open, an NBA champ last year, hit clutch shots before...I know he's struggled overall this year and lately too, so I guess that's the argument against it.

Like I said I'd rather KCP get that look in the corner there, 1 more pass from Green..but still it was a good look and better than Bron throwing up a wild shot 1 on 3. Holy s---, this is frustrating though..really felt like tonight would be the night.

congrats @Big Mitch , h--- of a win for you guys. feel like there's a long ways to go still now, Heat start off hot in game 6 and things start looking a bit scary. Regardless of how it ends, man this year's Heat team is something special, didn't see em coming.
