Nov 23, 2014 Some of you may have noticed the Plus tag under Worm's name The qualitative vet system from the old forum will be replaced by a more quantitative points system. When a certain amount of points are earned, you’ll be promoted automatically to a “Plus Member”. Plus Members will get access to the plus forum, first access to new features, and a plus tag in their post bit. While its not a perfect system, we’ll continually try to round it out over the next few months. In any case, we hope this will be better than the broken qualitative system from the old forums. Now, to elaborate on HOW to earn points - points are earned by earning trophies. The current trophy list is: 10 points: Made 50 posts 40 points: Made 200 posts 100 points: Made 500 posts 300 points: Made 1000 posts 600 points: Made 2000 posts 2000 points: Made 10000 posts 1 points: Received 1 likes 100 points: Received 50 likes 300 points: Received 200 likes 700 points: Received 500 likes 1000 points: Received 1500 likes 2500 points: Received 2000 likes 7000 points: Received 5000 likes 15000 points: Received 10000 likes With 7500 points making Plus So just a few more notes. You’ll notice that no matter how much you post, you can only get a max 3050 points off of posting. That means quality will play a factor in making plus. Likes are more heavily weighted to give preference to quality over quantity.
Nov 23, 2014 I think the sections need a bit of rethinking. Music especially needs to be broken down into multiple sections (similar to SL).
Nov 23, 2014 What I want to see is all of the album discussion in one forum and then music news and singles discussion in another. My thought process was that every sub forum aside from Shady was pretty much dead so instead of splitting music discussion by label, I would just split it by 'type' of discussion if that makes sense?

Nov 23, 2014 Music section is easily the most active and ultimately the focal point of this board. I just don't want threads to get lost. Shady / Aftermath, G.O.O.D Music / Roc, etc. would all be a much more active sections than Unsigned Hype (which currently is a section). Even if it's just Hip Hop and Other Music.. that would be an improvement. Hip Hop is in the tagline afterall. But, I'm sure you have your reasons. Trust you guys.

Nov 23, 2014 I like this idea, but on the other hand it's a little weird, so eventually every one at one point will reach vet status, kind of takes the fun out of earning something when you reach a certain point in your posting career. But I like it because it's giving everybody an opportunity to receive something for there contribution to the board.
