Getting stoked for the draft. I always have a list of guys I want but not doing it this year because Trent Baalke will just disappoint me and take some injured undersized small school player in the 1st round to try to prove he's the smartest GM in the league.

Anyone going to be there. I may check out the activities on Saturday.

Patriots would be stupid to give him away at this point though. With Brady getting his 4th ring and getting high up there in age, he's going to be looking to retire soon and Garoppolo is the future after Brady's gone.

I think if this was 2-3 years ago, the trade would be a no-brainer. However, as much as I do believe Brady will be around for the next 4 years, I still think they NEED the insurance of a QB, and Jimmy G really seems to be the next QB for the Pats. (I'm guessing you were listening to Felger and Mazz talk about this? lol)

I don't think they should get rid of him. MAYBE if it's a top 10 pick? Sure. Not saying he's valued as that, but that's really the only way I'd be OK with giving him up. He's the franchise post-Brady

Bare with me here, because I don't know s--- about college football, but I've been reading up, so here's who I'm hoping for: @Smitty or @M.I.C. can feel free to correct me, because they know way more about college ball than I do..

I keep hearing Randy Gregory is gonna be drafted by the Pats, who I hear is a top 5 prospect, but has off the field issues, who might drop to the end of the first. I'd love that... Chandler Jones, Sheard and if this Gregory kid is that good? Wow.

Landon Collins is my favorite choice. McCourtey and a hard hitting safety? YES. I think this gives a really solid intimidation factor, while McCourtey plays center field. I would love the Pats to draft this kid. I'm guessing Pats are going to go into more zone defense this season, and I think a strong pass rush, a safety over the top, and a safety to close in on receivers is essential.

I still think they're gonna draft an offensive lineman in the first round though. A lot of Pats fans want a cornerback, but cornerback is such a crapshoot in the NFL. I'd rather go with a pass rusher, safety, or defensive tackle in the first round.

You hear about the Eagles looking to trade Kendrick's for a 2nd rounder?

@Fitz Gregory is bound to drop but if he does, he won't drop all the way down the Pats lol. Reports coming from Dallas and Pittsburgh saying they'll draft him if he falls in their lap.

Yea, apparently Kelly doesn't like him as a player that much. If Demeco Ryan's and Kiko Alonso can come back healthy then I wouldn't mind the move. Big if though. Kendricks is a solid young player

Yeah IDK. I just go by reports. Most of the time they're dead wrong anyways. Pats are unpredictable with it. I think they're gonna draft a guard or trade out of the first round. Vintage Bill.

I heard Gregory and a couple of other names by local radio, but they said that some reports had Gregory going in the 2nd or even 3rd round because of all of his off the field issues.

Wtf lol no way in h--- he drops to 2nd or 3rd. I mean.... This is a guy people were saying was gonna be drafted within the top 10 prior to him being caught smoking weed. Pats def should draft D Line first round tbh.... They lost a lot of key defensive players this off season. You're right about corners being really hit or miss but a good D Line can always make your secondary look better so a DT or a solid edge pass rusher would be nice for the Pats.

@Boos he was rated the 6th best inside linebacker last year by pro football focus and he's only 24..... Idk man. I understand that some times you need to cash in on players but you don't just trade away a young, tremendously promising player like Kendricks away. He's only 24 years old and he's already one of the best players at his position in the league. You don't come across players like that often...

Cris Carter says 'I’m under a gag order on the Adrian Peterson situation. But I believe something’s gonna happen. But I can’t talk about it.' Then someone else mentions AZ at pick 24, I do think the Cards at 24 or 55 seems to be the most likely option. Please God make it happen, the whole football season's riding on this for me lol...

Draft's gonna be great tonight though, lot of questions.
