i like bridgwater, and was excited to see if he would take his game to the next level in 2016. i hope he's able to play football in the NFL again

that being said, bridgewater wasn't playing at a high level in either of his first two seasons. in other words, its not like when he went down we lost an all-star. obviously losing your starting QB is big, but he wasn't playing the position very well.

now maybe he would have taken it to the next level this season, but we never got to find out...

Lol. You'd think after that mess with Baalke they'd have played it safe. Clearly you guys are gonna have to bring in someone to help Lynch with contracts and stuff because I can't imagine he has any idea what he's in for in that regard

This to me shows that Kyle used all the leverage he had to make this happen. Mike will be pulling the strings in the background and Kyle will take his advice on the final 53. Paraage will contine to do the contracts as he has since he joined the niners. This shows SF was willing to do whatever Kyle wanted to secure him as HC. Even if that meant hiring an inexperienced GM that would just be happy to have the tile and not get in Kyles way.

Honestly I was confused and pissed after the news broke of the Lynch hiring. As of today I'm a little more cautiously optimistic. What Lynch lacks in experience he seems to make up part of it in connections he has throughout the sport through his reputation and respect hes earned. His first hire was getting Adam Peters from Denver to come be his Director of player personnel. Peters is viewed as a great talent evaluator in the league and one of Elways most trusted advisors in Denver. He went to Denver with McDaniels from NE when Josh became Denvers HC. Sounds like there's moves to come too from what sources are writing. Lynch is at least understanding his inexperiences and aligning himself with great football minds. Off to a good start and for the first time since 2014, Lynch and Shanahan are bringing some hope back to 49er fans.

Definitely excited to watch Atlantas offense and see how Kyle can matchup vs one of footballs greatest defensive game planners ever.

they announce the 2017 Pro Football Hall of Famers tonight at 8pm eastern. if Terrell Owens doesn't make it in this year something is wrong. he should have made it in on his first year eligible, which was last year.
