Transitioning from work, to be honest. I'm getting my Masters, so I had to make a lot of tough decisions. One was deciding to stop working night shift. I've been on vacation and stuff too, so I haven't been able to come on.

Kinda disappointed I won't be able to dominate you guys in Fantasy Football or the Pick Em league this year, but can't wait for The God to get his 6th ring.

Pats D might make the Texans' offense look amazing though lol.

The big problem against the Chiefs was putting Hightower at defensive end/outside linebacker and putting McCourtey at cornerback. f---ing stupid.

Just when I started liking Patricia, he does some stupid s--- like that.

Josh McDaniels continues to be trash as always.

Trey Flowers is too nasty though.

seeing as mixon was a 2nd round pick, you'd think he'd get a lot of carries, but there's no guarantee of that. we'll see what happens. its still very early and they might not want to overwhelm him so soon.

i don't think they do. sometimes, they offer free shipping on certain holidays. but for the most part, their jersey prices are set in stone. 99 for a screen printed and 150 for a stitched. and they have jerseys that are even more expensive than that.

i love jerseys. i've got about 8 or 9 vikings jerseys. but seeing as they're so expensive, i always wait until a player can show he'll be consistent before i buy one. typically, if a player is consistent, he'll remain with that team for a long time---thus its worth purchasing one.

but many ppl buy jerseys of rookies. there's nothing wrong with that, but to me its a big risk because if the player doesn't turn out good---then he's typically off the team 3 years later.

if you don't have a watt or watkins jersey, one of those guys would definitely be worth buying IMO

I read some where that Brees has a 4-1 record against Brady. Gonna need confirmation for this. @Fitzy? That's pretty shocking if true. Not that it means much I mean head-to-head QB records are super misleading. I'm just shocked because the Pats have consistently been a great team with Brady while the Saints have been kinda up & down with Brees.

The Pats won the last game but the 3 before that the Saints beat them and beat em pretty bad.

Brees is 3-1 vs Brady, 2 of those games were with San Diego 12+ years ago. With the Saints they beat the Pats in 09, the year Brady came back from the ACL. Probably the worst Pats team in the last 15 years and the Saints started 13-0 and won the SB that year.

The last game was the Kenbrell Thompkins game winner, was actually at that game.



Never forget that day, one of my favorite Boston sports days. We ended up racing home just in time to see the Ortiz Grand Slam.
