Benching Forte might be the dumbest decision ever in Fantasy Football history. I can't believe I did that.

First time I've ever lost in FF.

I know, so stupid. I usually don't, but the Lions killed Forte in Thanksgiving.

Plus Blount was out for the game, and the last time Jonas Gray had a full start, he had 200 yards and 4 tds so I thought it was perfect.

Yup same here. I'm looking into starting a serious Dynasty league that plays year round with rookie drafts, FA blind bidding, player salaries and all that s---.

Still can't believe I benched Forte. Not gonna get over that.

4-1 in Fantasy Football though. Always have been in the championship.

This year was the first year I didn't strike gold though. Well, I guess Murray was a huge pickup.

    I had 2004 Manning/Marvin, 2007 Brady/Moss IN TWO leagues, and 2011 Aaron Rodgers.

I really want to start a serious dynasty league. I'm down to be commissioner too since I really like managing the leagues I'm in. There are some websites where everyone can make their payments for the league and then at the end of the season it gets sent to the winner. It's hard to do a money league with people you don't know, but there's probably a safe way to do it.

I'd be down. I've always wanted to start a serious dynasty league but most people aren't willing to play year round. I'm talking free agency, rookie draft, salary caps. Most people I know think are serious football fans but then they discover they're casual fans and wouldn't enjoy a serious dynasty league. Keep me posted if you get one going.

That sounds like something I would really like to do. I'm into all that kind of stuff. Trading draft picks and having to sacrifice current season production for a young player that will be good for a while would be interesting. You and I could be co-commissioners or something so it's not a ridiculous amount of work for one person to manage the settings, draft, contracts, etc. The only problem would be the salary cap since it's hard to assign a salary to someone since everyone is going to disagree. There was a league like this that I almost joined a couple years ago and what they did was give you a certain amount of contracts for "x" amount of years. So when a players contract runs out they go back into the draft. I don't know, we'd have to figure all that out later haha

Figured I'd bump this thread up with the season starting soon. I've been going running back heavy early in my drafts and have liked my results so far.

Who are everyone's sleepers? I'm really liking Teddy Bridgewater and Devin Funchness. I feel like Bridgewater is going to take another step forward and having AP back will help him a lot and with Funchness he is instantly the #1 receiver in Carolina with Benjamin going down.

Another guy that is slowly turning into a sleeper is Arian Foster. He was a consensus first rounder coming into this year but his injury has dropped him down to the 8th-9th rounds. There is a good chance he is back by week 4 and if that's the case getting him that late is a steal. 12 weeks of him is better than a full season from most other running backs.

Getting my lineup set up for this week and in my flex spot I'm deciding between Ameer Abdullah and Allen Robinson...any suggestions on who I should start?

I drafted Abdullah because I honestly think he could be ROTY but I'm leaning toward starting Robinson this week. He's the Jags only real option to catch TDs and I feel like I just need to wait a week tomsee how many touches Abdullah is going to get now that Bell is back.

Agreed. Abdullah has the higher ceiling but we dont know what his work load will be. Its week one, go with the safer play in Robinson I say.

Duke Johnson is a huge sleeper, isn't a starter week one but eventually will be.
John brown is another big pick up.

And I wanna hear some of ur guys team names. I have Le'Veon bell so I'm "Le'Veon a prayer"

Just made a risky trade. What do yall think? I traded Antonio Brown for Amari Cooper, Davante Adams, Latavius Murray, and Julian Edelman.... Ik it is probably a dumb trade, but I love having my favorite players on my team. Makes it a lot easier to cheer on the Raiders on gameday. Plus Davante Adams might have a big year with Jordy out now. I was never a big Antonio Brown fan anyways so hopefully this works out.

You gave up the best WR in the (fantasy) game for plenty of good WRs. That being said, I like the trade, and not because I'm a Browns fan and I hate the Steelers with a passion. Brown will have a big year (probably the #1 WR overall), but all the WRs you received will have good to great years, too.

I also made the trade because I needed another RB. I like Murray a lot. Think he could have a big year with his first full work load.

I didn't realize you got Murray as well. He could have a big year. I don't understand the hype around him because he literally had one good game last year and got hurt. But, my fantasy philosophy is stocking up on RBs that I believe will be good. If you think he's in for a good year, then that trade is pretty good.

You will probably be kicking yourself a few times throughout the season when you see Brown put up 150 yards and 2 TDs and you'll wonder why you traded him. But the players you got are good, and I think it's a good trade.

Deff not a terrible trade. If u had to fill spots there's nothing wrong with that. Murray and Adams are gonna have great years
