Wilson suspended 3 games @Pinhead

Wilson deserved to be suspended. It’s one thing pulling off a cheap hit here and there it can happen. Multiple games in a row being a goon then breaking our player’s jaw is going to earn you a suspension. Not a professional move while your team is in the playoffs leading the series.

Would be amazing to go to the game tomorrow. Basically a must win for the pens, and the atmosphere would be insane. I hate to spend another $150 maybe more plus waking up for work the next morning. A guy we know has a few tickets available definitely tempting.

Kaidri got 3 games in round 1. This Wilson hit seemed like a much worse collision. The main difference, kaidri hit a guy who was off his feet up against the boards in a vulnerable and defenseless position. Wingles was the guy he hit and Wingles didn’t really get injured from it. So kaidri’s hit had potential to cause much worse injury than Wilson’s but in the end, Wilsons victim was much worse off than kaidris victim.

It’s tough comparing suspension hits but looking at these 2, I would not have been shocked if Wilson got more than 3 games. Having said that, comparing the 2 suspensions, I think 3 games is fair.

Side note, f--- the pens. Really hoping the caps knock them out.

5+ years of watching practically every game with nothing but complete heartbreak in the end. My first year moving on with my life and they pull this s---. No matter what happens next, I love this team.

We're also proof that being a good team on paper doesn't mean anything and a hot goalie + puck luck are why teams win in the playoffs.

Hockey’s an amazing under-appreciated sport, think a lot of sports fans would enjoy it if they go into it with an open mind, and especially if they already have a team to root for like you would in your case.

I know Seattle’s trying to get a team too, hoping it happens so I can go to games just a few hours away.

Oh s---, I got that survey too! I immediately filled it out and submitted it haha.

I’m a Boston transplant living in Houston, but I would 100% support a team here. They probably would never replace my bruins but they sure as s--- would be a close 2nd. h---, I’d probably buy season tickets. Hockey is such a fun spectator sport but it’s even better live. Seeing it in person really gives you an appreciation for the sport. Man I’d go to so many games.

Side note, the east and west finals are gonna be fantastic this year. I’m really excited to see Tampa play the caps. TB is a juggernaut but Ovie is battling for his first cup. I think it’s gonna be entertaining as h---. West should be great too. I’m shocked Vegas is still in this thing. Jets are no joke though.

I was in Vegas before the season started and man the Knights had like 300/1 odds or something to win the cup.

God I’d do anything to go back to that time and throw down some $$, even $10 or something would have been huge. Imagine if I threw down $100 or so, d---.

The f--- is this Timmy? Ill have to remember this smartass comment this nfl season. Sort of being disrespectful to one of the top athletes of all time.

I knew the caps were going to beat the pens eventually in a series so it doesn’t come as a shocker at least. Plus, I don’t think this pens team could beat Tampa in a series, so it didn’t matter to me losing now instead. They seemed slower by the end of this post season run and the fatigue was clearly starting to show. Caps just wanted it more this year and Holtby came through after the first game.

I think Tampa beats the caps but ovy needs to try and actually get his team to the cup while having a hot goalie too. Tampa’s offense is looking consistently solid.


I’m satisfied with the past few cups and looking forward to next year.
