Oilers still s---, nothing new. We fired our goalie coach though, that should get us some wins. Idk why I still watch every game tho :beli:

Wild have some tough games coming up, Kings tonight then stars, blues, canadiens and ducks. But all of them except the Dallas game are at home and they've been playing well so I like their chances. Really they've been playing well all year other than that 4 or 5 game losing streak or whatever it was where they looked awful. It's weird, they had a stretch like that last year too where they looked really bad for 4-5 games then snapped out of it. I believe both instances were east coast road trips too lol, hope that doesn't become a yearly thing.

Nino looks amazing lately too, as does Zucker. But Nino is getting better each year and is still young, he's gonna be a star imo.

As a Devil's fan these past seasons have been difficult to watch for the most part. I feel they could sneak into the playoffs this year with some minor changes, but realistically it's time to rebuild.

This franchise needs a restart for the restart to even begin. Such a gong show up there.

My canucks are doing well. Honestly surprised how well they're doing.

Wild let in 4 goals in the 1st period and are getting killed, Kuemper was horrible tonight.

They're actually outshooting the Kings but still haven't scored, awful game and just when I thought they were back to playing good.

Word, we're beyond help at this point. I'd keep Hall, Nuge, Draisaitl and the character players (Boyd Gordon, Matt Hendricks) and start blowing up the rest. If this season doesn't turn around, and we end up with McDavid or Eichel, I'd package Nuge and Eberle or a top defender. f--- the Oilers, sick of watching 10 years of this bs.

And yeah, the Canucks are doing great this season. Probably one of the best off seasons in the NHL, next to Dallas and NYI.

Not sure what the h--- Edmonton is doing. Yakupov is being run into the ground, the top prospects are taking steps back minus Hall, there's no goaltending and defense is wack.
Having McTavish and Lowe still in control doesn't help matters. And Eakins looks absolutely lost on the bench.
On the other side of the spectrum, the Isles have improved drastically. Glad to see Tavares getting more recognition too. One of the best in the game.

Oilers game is live right now lol. Shea Weber smothered the puck in the crease in overtime leading to a penalty shot by Eberle. He missed though, but that was the first time I've seen that happen lol.

EDIT: Oil lose again. f--- it, I want Connor McDavid :beli:

Probably the most exciting game I've seen all year, lots of great plays by both teams and lots of momentum changes. Wild go up 3-0 in the 1st, Stars start to totally dominate and score 4 straight, 3 of them in under 4 minutes. Kuemper looked totally rattled then the Wild tie it up with less than 2 minutes left after pulling the goalie and end up winning it in OT. Scandella has 3 game winners this year, VERY exciting game.

Love how the Wild and especially Kuemper kept their mental toughness after getting beat bad in the 2nd and most of the 3rd periods, that shows their growth cuz they used to collapse and just get beat down in those situations.

How do the oilers draft so f---ing bad? They should be pretty good by now.

On the other hand, I'm feeling pretty confident about this penguins team. I don't see anyone in the East beating them in a series during the playoffs this season.

Wow. The Capitals are a f---ing terrible hockey team. This team has too much talent to be this bad. Ugh

No defense, no depth down the middle, suspect coaching & management

Those are the problems. Their drafting is fine for the most part.

Going on hiatus for personal/emergency reasons. I'll be back after the Pens kick the Bruins a--- in the playoffs. Good luck to this season everyone.

Nah, their drafting has been good in recent years. The only mistake was taking Yakupov over Galchenyuk but he was injured in his draft year.
