The verdict for Jelani Maraj came in Thursday in Long Island ... he was found guilty of predatory sexual assault against a child and endangering the welfare of a child. He faces 25 years to life in prison. He'll be sentenced on December 14. Nassau County D.A. Madeline Singas tells TMZ ... "We hope that today's verdict will help the family in the healing process." Nov 9, 2017 Nicki Minaj will take the stand during her brother's child r--- trial ... and is expected to tell jurors the mother of the alleged victim attempted to extort her for millions. Nicki will be the star witness during Jelani Maraj's court case in NYC, where he stands accused of raping his then 11-year-old stepdaughter in 2015. During opening arguments Thursday, Maraj's defense attorney, David Schwartz, told jurors his client's then-wife, Jacqueline Robinson, forced her children to lie to authorities in an attempt to squeeze $25 million out of Nicki. He said Robinson told Nicki, "I can make the charges go away for $25 million." Schwartz went on to say Robinson hatched a plan to get Maraj to marry her only for the opportunity to extort Nicki. Unclear when Nicki herself will take the stand ... but we're sure she'll have a lot to say. her brother aint worth 25m$ lol.

Nov 9, 2017 Honestly part of me hopes they get assraped for what they did, just out of anger. But thinking about it logically I hope in those 25 years (or how long it is) those people change and when they get out they will never be a danger to society ever again.

A lot of bad stuff happens there... but sometimes I think with all this #me too stuff right now.. aren't there also cases where an actress got declined for a role or hates a person who was acting like a d-ck (not literally lol) using this trend or w/e to take revenge somehow on someone...
Nov 9, 2017 Sometimes I think false accusations of sexual abuse should have same penalty as the abuse it self but then it is already hard enough for the victims to take legal action- disgusting that make people make these accusations to get some money or some revenge when it is so hard for actual victims to seek help. There would be nothing worse than getting sexually abused and people not believing that you did.
Nov 9, 2017 Co sign. Both on the first sentence and 2nd part. Being accused when u haven't done such a thing will haunt you for life.. same as getting abused and people not believing you (of course if people do believe u its still a living h--- but ur point is absolutely right).
