Oct 21, 2016 Thing is, they can't compete with Sony and Microsoft in their current state. Right now the Switch is the best thing they could do for themselves. It's unique enough where someone can buy both an XBOX/PlayStation and a Switch, where it's not like youve got to decide between the three. Their only alternative would be sticking to pure handhelds, which is also something their losing in thanks to the introduction of smartphones. It's a bit of a desperate move, but I think they're doing the best they can, and they're probably going to continue in this direction in the future.
Nov 2, 2016 To be fair, i really like the look of this. My favourite bit though is not he fact you can switch from TV to mobile gaming but it encourages local multiplayer instead of online. Also, wtf is up with Nintendo's unrelenting desire to get people outside??

Nov 6, 2016 So you want another Playstation, Xbox, PC? Nintendo has always and will always do what others will not. That is what makes them Nintendo. As consumers we don't need Nintendo to try to be like Playstation or Xbox. We can just get a PS4.
Nov 25, 2016 Pretty hyped for this. Gonna be a day one purchase. Heard rumors that remastered versions of Super Smash Bros. U, Mario Kart 8, and Splatoon with enhanced graphics, and brand new content, will be pre installed on the system. Tbh, I think that's a great idea. Not an especially large amount of people bought the Wii U but quite a few could possibly buy this system. Offering gamers enhanced versions of already great games for free that lots of them missed is a great way to entice them and amp up the hype.
