    I’m not a fan of Fire whatsoever, but the others are solid.

    Curtis is a good album tbh, it was the singles that s----d bar I Get Money. BISD just goes that little bit harder. That album also had s--- singles tho too tbf lol.

    Future. I have tried and tried and tried to get through some of his albums but I just can't for the life of me understand how the guy gets so much love. I can barely understand a word he says. To me it's just not "hip-hop". And no, I'm not going to call it "mumble-rap" either. I dunno what it is but literally nothing clicks for me whatsoever.

    i hear u but i do think prime 50 is different. like cam, he carved a lane , nyc savagery, no holds barred alpha meanness or w/e. like wayne, he pioneered the mixtape come up. not the same as making a thread dedicated to yelawolf or w/e (shout out neomerge lol)

    idk, I don't like him moving into the trap-adjacent space or back into boom-bap. Honestly all I want from Cole are songs like Power Trip, Work Out, Lights Please, Deja Vu, etc. He's good at those and should stick to them.

    Cole has the potential to make his first truly great album coming up imo—I think the "no features" s--- made him too insular. Past few years he's been working with so many different rappers via features and ROTD3, feels like a turning point for him that hope he doesn't botch cuz there's always been pieces of a great rapper in there that has yet to form to a coherent project.
