Sep 24, 2015 The album that made me Drake stan. Personal classic that defined my sophomore year of college. Tuscan Leather one of the greatest beats I've ever heard and the third beat switch one of my favorite musical moments. "You ain't got to prove s--- to no one except yourself" As time passes, I realize this is his best album. What are your favorite moments? Where does it rank in his catalog for you?

Sep 24, 2015 don't listen to it tooo much but I appreciate it still cause it's the beginning of his "new voice". songs like worst behavior and SFTB is what I think, really influenced the sound on IYRT which is my 2nd fav drake album
Sep 24, 2015 When I see threads about nothing was the same I always think of that sick ellie goulding sample that was used on Pound Cake. The beat is so soothing... mmm On the other hand It kinda paints a fake image of this album, because as a whole it wasn't really good.

Sep 24, 2015 Great album, even the worst tracks aged well with the rest of the album. I hated 305 To My City when the album dropped, and now, it's the perfect song to sandwich between The Language and Too Much, which then leads off the finale perfectly. The southern influence on this album is placed well between the melancholy, almost making the album bi-polar without sacrificing and cohesion. My least favourite song is Tuscan Leather, so I guess that tells you how I feel about the project as a whole. Drake knocked it out of the park with this one, props to him for taking it the direction he did instead of playing it safe and dropping Take Care Pt. 2 like so many people wanted. This is without a doubt a better project than Take Care, but Take Care's highs make it a more enjoyable listen imo.

I stopped listening to him basically after Take care dropped (idk why tho), but when NWTS dropped I listened to it and also started bumping his old stuff as well. since then i haven't stopped listened and i saw him live which i probably wouldn't have if NWTS didn't come out

Sep 25, 2015 Still skip 305 to My City every time and Connect sometimes, but great album other than that. It aged a lot better than I thought it would. He dropped some great one offs/bonuses around that time too: 5am in Toronto All Me The Motion Come Thru
