I think at this point he's done with rhyming these words and is about to switch to something else. "I put on my best dang white tee but the dress code seems to be suit and tie I saw this cute girl so you know that means she's bound soon to die" Notice how I rhymed "suit and tie" with "soon to die", and mixed it up with rhyming "seems" and "means", and also "cute" phonetically matches "suit".
