I haven't touched TPAB (Other than King Kunta on occasion) since the week it dropped. Gave it 1.5 listens and have never felt the need to go back. If I don't have any desire to listen to an album, I consider it a bad album, personally.
NWTS gave me The Language, Started From The Bottom, Worst Behavior, & Hold On, We're Going Home. While NWTS is nowhere near Drake's best, I like it more than TPAB.
    That's why I chose it. :kanye3:

This was a really good x vs. Y. NWTS was a solid 8.5/10. But I think TPAB gets the win by being a 9/10.

Much rather listen to Make Me Proud over like half of NWTS lol...and we'll be fines always been good wtf u talkin bout

i just dont care about so much of NWTS anymore and I used to bump it A LOT when it dropped. even songs I initially loved like tuscan leather, or furthest thing, or pound cake, or even like from time, i have no real desire to listen to

and thats not to mention like 5 other tracks i just dont even remember cause there so inconsequential.

take care has crew love, marvins room, buried alive, UGK, lord knows, shot for me, headlines, over my dead body, etc

Ah my bad. I didn't know it was personal favorites. I thought n----s was literally saying NWTS is the album with the higher rating.

I can't stomach those tracks fam haha the beat & hook on We'll Be Fine is dope but those verses screwed up the song for me. Idk m8 I still vibe with that album, although the freebies we got before NWTS we're honestly better.

It probably is about which one is better, but because I don't personally like TPAB I'll probably never vote for it as being better, lol. I mean, the production, storyline, and emotion / content are all in TPAB which make it a respectable album, but I weigh Replay Value pretty high when I consider saying something is "better". I don't know, I'm not a critic.

    Whats NWTS's lows though. :useyourhead:

305 to my city, and that's pretty much it. Give it another spin b I think you'll appreciate the album. A lot more.

The lows are the tracks that are a bore and have nothing else to offer but drake being the artist who produced them

The album just isn't interesting to me, doesn't mean it's not consistent with enjoyable songs, and has its fair share of highs

Take care is much more engaging to me

Yeah. I do. I like listening to individual bodies of work much more often than I enjoy putting songs on shuffle. Why are you acting as if this is uncommon?

It just seems so unusual to do this to me. I have over 1.5k songs on my phone and I will not limit myself to 1 album. I want to hear everything

I don't limit myself to one album. I listen to lots of different albums, but of course I listen to some more than others. That's why replay value matters. Do you listen to an album once and then be done with it?

NWTS is easier to listen to, can play random tracks off it. WIth TPAB I have to start at Wesleys theory, skip for free and let the rest of the album ride out. Cant really compare TPAB to any album, s--- is vital to this era not only for rap, but society as well.

When a new album comes out I listen to it repeatedly for a few days. Standout tracks I put on a playlist.
I may revisit a album but its not everyday that i do this as there are just so many albums to choose from. Shuffle makes it east to listen to music because you don't have to go through the decision making phase of deciding which album to listen to out of the 1xx other albums.

See, I'm just more of an album guy. It's not hard for me to decide what album I want to put on usually, and if it is, I just put my whole phone on shuffle or listen to a certain artist radio on pandora or Apple music.
