Their o line is horrendous. Their defense isn't going to get better any time soon. They need to worry about keeping their franchise QB upright and not hit all the time. They got the best center in the draft. That's a solid pick.

Jaylon Smith? I like him a lot but quite frankly his knee injury scares the h--- out of me. Heard he's a tremendous pass rusher, hope he can provide some of that in Dallas because we desperately need it.

Trust me he'll play at an all-pro level for 10+ years. I've never seen a more talented player. He can do it all. Rush the passer, fill gaps, coverage, get off blocks, etc. He is extremely quick, and was the #1 ranked player before his injury, drawing comparisons to Patrick Willis but with more speed. Plus your team physician did his surgery. I have no doubts in my mind he will come back from this injury. @Enigma

Edit: he played as an OLB his first two years pretty much just rushing the passer and looked great, switched to ILB this year and looked even better.

Vikings probably should have got Bell, but I won't complain about another corner. They're risky though, corners seem to be busts half the time but Zimmer seems good at developing so hopefully he (and Waynes from last year too) will work out as CBs of the future.

Vikings traded away their 3rd rounder for a 3rd and 4th next year and a 6th this year. I like it, always good to get some extra picks.

Day 1 was was a home run. Rounds 3-7 are very questionable as far as positions taken. Drafted 3 DBs??? Already have Reaser, Acker, Johnson competing for outside, and Ward playing the nickle and Brock starting. Where the f--- are these rookies supposed to go unless they're going to give up on 2 and 3 year players already.

Yet Trent didn't address an ILB to pair with Bowman. But he did draft another RB too. With Hyde obviously the starter and Mike Davis, Gaskins, Hayne, and Draughn already competing to spell Hyde.

    Ugh

you're right, they're very risky. corners are one of the hardest positions to draft and often times they don't pan out. but in today's NFL, you can't have enough corners. having good corners and good pash rushers are the two most important things you need on defense.

i'm not gonna front, i don't know much about the players we drafted. but i do know our needs and we filled some of them in the draft, so that's good.

there were 3 WR's taken in a row in the 1st-round. houston then washington then minnesota. it'll be interesting to see which one turns out best!

4 out of the 9 players the Cowboys drafted were team captains in college. That has Jason Garrett written all over it.

Bro, the Colts literally NEVER address defense. They're obsessed with offense. They've already regressed, and I don't see them getting any better until they change their culture.

Especially with the Titans, Jags and Texans all improving. Colts could be a sub-500 team for years.

They're just lucky they hit on Manning and Luck consecutively, but team building? They're definitely not good at lol.
