Sep 4, 2019 Just released his behind the scenes pod on All Out. Love Jericho for those. He's such a mark for himself that he can't help but give us what we want. There will never be another Chris Jericho, at least until I'm in the biz. Edit - Malenko produced the main event.
Sep 4, 2019 One thing that popped into my head - Hangman not having this main event aura (I think he does, even though it didn't shine through) is very similar to Okada at the beginning. He had a blah match, and nobody thought he was ready. Hangman has it all. Not putting Tony or Cody on the level of a Gedo, but they've studied them and everything else just like Gedo has.

Sep 5, 2019 That's a really good comparison...I definitely think Page has top star potential and I think he'll benefit from being on a live tv show every single week. The problem going into All Out was he only had a could big spots over the last 3 months to show he was ready to main event a PPV, and he didn't exactly nail them...not to mention his booking at the Jacksonville show was a little questionable. Being on TNT every week will let him get constant reps and it's really going to help him reach his potential. Plus his next feud is going to be back with PAC and he really thrived in that feud the last time they did it. I'm not selling my Hangman stock yet!
Sep 5, 2019 I keep seeing these comparisons between AEW and WCW being made. People saying Jericho going over is like when Nash and Hogan would beat all the young guys. Smh, not the same at all.
Sep 5, 2019 Such an E drone thing to say, it’s feally funny and surreal when I see people say it and realize they don’t know how delusional and brainwashed they are Yeah I don’t prefer Jericho being champ and he’s old it is what it is. But look at the roster and look at the reason for it. The point of this entire thing is to make an alternative for people that don’t want to see nostalgic acts anymore. It will all make sense in due time

Sep 5, 2019 Jericho vs Cody actually makes the most sense. Glad they're actually taking the W/L records into consideration to set up title shots like they said they would. For the Tag Team title tournament, in the opening rounds I hope its seeded so like the 1 seed is the team with the most wins vs the team with the least, etc. Might be hard to do though since there's only been 4 shows
