May 7, 2016 It's not just in regard to knowledge about the system but also how to get things done. How to conduct themselves professionally. How to represent the United States to the international community. How to be a good commander-in-chief. Trump is to much of a loose cannon. He states things and makes decision based off emotion and that's dangerous. I really don't think a majority of Americans support those stances. Tbh I think Trump's rise to power has to predominantly do with ordinary Americans frustration with the government. With the economies slow recovery and middle class americans seeing their salaries stagnant, people are growing sick of ordinary politicians. They see Trump promising all these things and flock to him because they think "he gets it" when in reality, he's just saying whatever and seeing what sticks. Also, just because Trump has attracted a group of people that will support him no matter what, doesn't mean we can't classify many of his stances as extreme. I mean, I'm not trying to claim Trump is any where near this bad but historical figures like Hitler were able to gain the following of millions. His ideaology was pretty crazy. He's double downed on that tactic before. I think it was in Novemberish in an interview with Anderson Cooper he stated that "we need to take the oil from ISIS." He then suggested something along the lines of bombing the oil fields and then contracting an oil company to rebuild them and put a ring of American soldiers around the oil fields to defend them. Like.... It's ideas like this that make me come to the conclusion that he's not qualified what so ever to be president.
May 8, 2016 Look, I'm less scared of a Trump presidency than I would be of a Cruz presidency. (You could swap out Cruz for Paul, or Fiorina, or Ryan, or a whole bunch of conservative fundamentalists.) But people who "support" Donald Trump are categorically stupid. It's not just that Trump's an unhinged xenophobe--it's that the unhinged xenophobia is all he has. There are no policy proposals, no concrete platform.
May 9, 2016 Voting for Hillary, so Bill can cheat on her in the oval office again, as the first, First Man. Although, Trump's Cinco De Mayo FB post was a great troll job, so that's put into consideration.
May 9, 2016 I love that @Perry The Platypus's grasp on American life and politics is so flimsy that he thinks Donald Trump should be admired for his financial background
May 9, 2016 My vote for Trump is really more of a troll vote and a f--- you to the political establishment - Trump's balls alone frankly have won me over. I feel like Trump might actually bring some sort of change, good or bad. It will definitely change politics in this country if somone like Trump can become president. And there are so many reasons to not vote for Hillary - to me she isn't a real progressive and would be a more right wing, hawkish version of Obama... We don't really need that tbh. I'd rather roll the dice with Trump and say f--- it.
May 9, 2016 did u run him off btw? i feel likes he's mia look at this bs https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/05/05/five-not-totally-crazy-electoral-maps-that-show-donald-trump-winning/ journalistic malpractice tbh
May 17, 2016 I think even though Trump can be brash, emotionally driven and sometimes a bit too far right but you can't deny that he's a clever guy, even though he sometimes doesn't come across that way but I don't think it matters as the facts remain that he's a wealthy and successful businessman who has pushed aside other politicians and he didn't get there out of stupidity. I think that America needs to stop looking after the world and denying its own existence. Hillary will just carry on building debt in the economy by following the footsteps of Obama
May 20, 2016 http://www.cnn.com/2016/03/22/politics/2016-election-poll-donald-trump-hillary-clinton/ Lol
May 20, 2016 No he isn't, he's just a guy that doesn't really care about politics and just says what seems logical to him and that's why people that don't really care about politics vote for him
May 20, 2016 Well this is what you guys get for going against Sanders. Trump will beat Hillary. Sanders constantly polls above Trump, and no one cares
May 22, 2016 Too bad they have no idea to Cover Trump. The negative press that Trump has received has actually backfired and made him relevant
