Nov 11, 2017 RevPro/NJPW Global Wars UK Night 1 Bushi/Ryan Smile/Josh Bodom - 3.75 El Desperado/Matt Riddle - 4 Naito/Marty Scurll - 4 Ishii/Keith Lee - 4.5 (!) ZSJ/Suzuki vs Ospreay/Goto - 3.5 Know a guy who went to night 2, apparently ZSJ/Ospreay and Suzuki/Riddle were fantastic.
Nov 13, 2017 Keith Lee is so f---ing good. I’ve seen him a bunch of times at PWG and man he could be a top star to feud with Brock TODAY
Nov 14, 2017 Ospreay/ZSJ probably the best match since G1. The technical craziness of ZSJ's G1 match with Ibushi with your typical Ospreay high spots and sequences. They played off their past matches, constantly pulling out reversals and going back to strike battles for the upper hand. Great job of getting across that these two knew the other's every move, made everything that happened by the finish momentous and the finish itself surprising. Romero/Bodom - 3.75 Ishii/Mastiff - 3 Smile/El Desperado - 3.5 Naito/Bushi vs Nagata/Keith Lee - 3.25 Riddle/Suzuki - 3.75 ZSJ/Ospreay - 4.75
Nov 19, 2017 Got Supercard of Honor tickets. Hoping they do it with some NJPW guys this year, or at least Kenny Omega.
Nov 28, 2017 Anyone else think a further expansion into the American market seems inevitable for NJPW?
Nov 28, 2017 Yep. They're doing a few shows in 2018 and The Bucks/Cody are self-funding their own 10,000 seat show too. My only worry is that they're going about it in the wrong way. Jericho and others were pushing for WK on PPV, but they only want it to be streamed on the mess that is NJPWorld. They're going to need better TV than AXS and tour the US extensively if they're serious about it.
Nov 28, 2017 Yeah, either they need ppv or they need to clean up NJPWorld. I think a better tv deal would be possible too. As far as US tours go, more house shows and maybe a ppv event or two here seems the way to go.
