If you didn't think Cody belonged with these guys before he certainly proved he does tonight. PWG is just the best. It's basically like watching a NXT supershow.

Oct 8, 2018 I only have time rn to watch the triple threat. I thought it was fine and really good at points but there were some obvious botches and sputters here and there. I guess it's nice to freshen things up a little between big shows but I definitely prefer the usual main event epic over this stuff

Oct 8, 2018 They just weren't in complete sync sometimes...dead spots, spots that didn't connect with the audience, moments didn't come off as they were planned It was a good match, it was really good, but just like the Cody title matches (imo) they are a downgrade compared to the regular main events
Oct 8, 2018 I like Cody now , especially as a character but the guy plateaus so hard at 4.25*, even when working with the best guys in the world in the best company in the world he just can't elevate himself. Something just doesn't fully connect. It's odd , maybe it's just me
Oct 8, 2018 But he did No clue what you're talking about with dead spots. All three had the crowd. If you're referring to the story, it's obviously harder for the live audience to see and pick up on the facial expressions which they relied on heavily. Crowd was hot so idk what to tell you.
