Feb 20, 2017 Seems fastlane should be this weekend, but it's still 2 weeks away..Feels they've had a lot of time to build to this lol. Raw was really good last week, real curious to see where Owens/Jericho especially goes this week.
Feb 20, 2017 I hope, so, I will be there... It looks like they might just be filming scenes from the Paige movie after Raw but it'd be cool if he came out to pump the crowd back up. Either way I'm pretty stoked
Feb 21, 2017 So I fell asleep and only ended up catching the Strowman/Show match, which was surprisingly good
Feb 21, 2017 Owens promo at the start was awesome, lol @ talking bout Goldberg the entire time till the end then leaving. Owens is gonna be an even better heel in the near future it seems. Bayley's whole segment was real good, I legit thought she was gonna give up the title at one point lol. Heyman's promo was good but would have been better in the ring and without Brock doing that weird thing with the camera for the last few minutes of it. Another pretty solid raw though.
Feb 21, 2017 No surprise but sounds like Vince and especially HHH weren't too happy about the Punk call lol. PWInsider.com is reporting The Rock’s phone call / voicemail to CM Punk after WWE RAW last night did not go over well with Vince McMahon and Triple H. The Rock came out last night to film scenes for ‘Fighting With My Family’ and proceeded to try and FaceTime and call Punk after fans chanted for him during a movie scene involving his wife AJ Lee. The segment was not something that was approved by WWE, and Triple H and Vince McMahon were said to be unhappy about Punk being mentioned or called, and it was noted that neither wanted it going on, especially Triple H. Eventually they sent word from backstage that the in-ring segment needed to be wrapped up. Additionally, it was noted on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio by Bryan Alvarez that Vince might have sent a referee out to cut the segment off. According to a live report, this would have occurred when The Rock referenced his mic getting cut out. You can watch the clip below: http://www.wrestlezone.com/news/808...ion-to-the-rock-calling-cm-punk-after-wwe-raw
Feb 21, 2017 The CM Punk call was f---in awesome lol The Rock gives zero f---s....I was stoked I was there to see it. No surprise Hunter was butt hurt about it...
Feb 21, 2017 @Epitome , you got probably as close to seeing a CM Punk return as any wrestling fan will ever get lol. How was the experience overall though being there live? Seemed like a pretty solid raw for the most part, main event and the Banks/Charlotte matches were both pretty good too in addition to the stuff I said earlier.
Feb 21, 2017 It was a pretty great Raw to be live for... The KO promo was awesome (even though I'm always bummed when I'm there and they don't do the start of the show pyro) I loved how he went at Goldberg for not be able to work a long match. The Big Show/Braun match was surprisingly good, people were bummed when we found out it was gonna be the main event but they did a great job of getting people involved in the match. Also beforehand the ring crew came out and added another layer of canvas to the ring, I guess to reinforce it. Surprisingly Bayley was by far the most over on the show. Jericho might have been if he was there (bummer he wasn't) but it was pretty crazy how loud the place got for her. The Rock came out before the show and explained they were gonna film the movie after the Raw....he asked the fans not to chant for him during Raw because he wasn't gonna be on tv lol Like I said tho the highlight was the Punk call. 5 min or so after he didn't answer Rock said he missed a call from him and was going to try to Facetime him but then someone came running down and clearly said "No more Punk" so the Rock said "I got it" and announced there s-----y wifi so it didn't connect lol
Feb 21, 2017 So the s-----y wifi thing was a made up excuse after he was told no more Punk? Lol that's funny, didn't know that. i don't know wtf Rock was thinking lol, I mean I'm glad he did it cuz it was a cool moment but it was pretty obvious WWE wouldn't be too thrilled about that, maybe Rock just didn't give a f---.
Feb 21, 2017 He really doesn't. I guess his logic was to appease all of us chanting for Punk (which started as soon as he said AJ's name when explaining the scene they were about to s---t) rather than let it go on and on while they were trying to film the scene. Either way I'm sure knew the company wasn't going to like it and still thought f--- it they're not gonna do anything to me lol
Feb 27, 2017 Raw preview, Feb. 27, 2016: Seth Rollins addresses his condition For the first time since being injured at the hands of Samoa Joe, Seth Rollins comes to Raw to address his condition. Will The Architect miss his second WrestleMania in a row? Also on Raw, Goldberg returns just six nights before challenging Kevin Owens for the Universal Championship at WWE Fastlane. 1. Seth Rollins addresses his injury Save for posting a series of “Fight Club” quotes on Instagram for the past few Monday nights, Seth Rollins has been relatively quiet concerning his condition following Samoa Joe’s ambush that tore The Architect’s right MCL. At this point, it seems unlikely that Rollins will be able to compete at this year’s WrestleMania. That would mean that the former WWE Champion will miss his second consecutive Show of Shows, this time thanks to Triple H’s “Destroyer.” Will Rollins confirm this unfortunate news, or will he have another message entirely for The Cerebral Assassin and The Samoan Submission Specialist? 2. Goldberg returns before WWE Fastlane Universal Champion Kevin Owens has been even more ruthless than usual since he severed his friendship with Chris Jericho during their “Festival of Friendship” on Raw earlier this month. Whether this new attitude will help shield The Prizefighter from Goldberg’s onslaught, however, remains to be seen at WWE Fastlane. As Paul Heyman revealed this past Monday night, Brock Lesnar is banking on Goldberg becoming Universal Champion, giving The Beast Incarnate just one more thing to take away from the WCW icon when they clash at WrestleMania, along with Goldberg’s “health, well-being, reputation, legacy and career.” Meanwhile, Owens doubts Goldberg’s true abilities, and claims that at WWE Fastlane, the veteran’s “superhero fantasy” will come to an end. Can Owens back up his boasts, or will he underestimate Goldberg’s power, just as Lesnar did at Survivor Series? 3. Is Roman Reigns fighting a losing battle against Braun Strowman? Roman Reigns remains one of the most dominant Superstars on Team Red, but when it comes to Braun Strowman, The Big Dog seems to lose his bite. After brutalizing Raw Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson this past Monday night in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match, the furious Reigns attempted to attack The Monster Among Men in the wake of Strowman’s victory over Big Show, and he ultimately fell victim to the behemoth’s running powerslam. This scenario is becoming painfully familiar to Reigns in recent weeks, and it seems increasingly doubtful that the former WWE Champion has any chance of conquering Strowman when they battle at WWE Fastlane. Can Reigns pick up some necessary momentum before his one-on-one match against this unstoppable titan? 4. Enzo Amore and Big Cass close in on "Big Gal" and "Andy" What do we got over here? A cuppa No. 1 contenders? Indeed, Enzo Amore & Big Cass defeated Cesaro & Sheamus this past Monday night to earn a Raw Tag Team Championship opportunity against Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson at WWE Fastlane. The Certified Gs already have a storied history with the so-called “good brothers,” but now that Raw’s tandem titles are on the line, something tells us the thunder-and-lightning pair will up their game this week on Raw, both in the ring and on the mic. Are the cowboys in black prepared to truly start taking this fun-loving duo seriously? 5. What scheme does Charlotte Flair have in store for Bayley? In light of the controversial circumstances surrounding Bayley’s Raw Women’s Title victory on the Feb. 13 Raw — Sasha Banks attacked Charlotte Flair with her crutch when the referee wasn’t looking — The Queen demanded that The Huggable One relinquish her title. Fortunately, much to the delight of the WWE Universe, Bayley didn’t honor that demand; in fact, instead of getting the title returned to her, Charlotte received a loss at the hands of The Boss just moments later. No doubt still furious after being forced to tap out to Bayley’s best friend’s finishing maneuver, the Bank Statement, Charlotte is likely plotting some serious mind games to get inside the new champion’s head before their Raw Women’s Title rematch at WWE Fastlane. Will the high-and-mighty Queen sink to new lows this Monday night? Don’t miss Raw this Monday at 8/7 C on USA Network!
