Aug 9, 2016 That one jobber was so fat, Gable and Jordan almost broke his neck cause they couldn't lift him lol
Aug 16, 2016 WWE Smackdown Live, August 16, 2016 Preview As they prepare to go to war at The Biggest Party of the Summer, WWE World Champion Dean Ambrose and his No. 1 Contender Dolph Ziggler will stand face-to-face with the A-Lister egging them on. What could possibly go wrong? 1. What will happen when Ziggler and Ambrose come face-to-face on 'Miz TV'? The Miz will welcome WWE World Champion Dean Ambrose and his No. 1 contender Dolph Ziggler onto the set of “Miz TV” tonight for a no-holds-barred interview. Tensions between the SummerSlam opponents have risen like mercury in a thermometer on a hot August afternoon since their title match was set. Don’t be surprised if it all boils over when the A-Lister starts turning up the heat. Moreover, it will be interesting to see if Bray Wyatt continues to be an ominous thorn in the side of the WWE World Title picture. Follow the buzzards and refuse to miss SmackDown Live, tonight at 8/7 C on USA. 2. Can 'The Face That Runs the Place' rive above Excellence itself? The last SmackDown Live before SummerSlam is going to be a scorcher. WWE.com has learned that John Cena will be in action tonight, squaring off against longtime adversary Alberto Del Rio. In case you don't remember, Del Rio just so happens to be the guy who ended Cena's historic reign as United States Champion at WWE h--- in a Cell in October 2015. To say there's some bad blood would be an understatement, and if Cena's not careful he could be walking into his SummerSlam bout against AJ Styles with a broken arm. Then again, will The Phenomenal One choose to wait for Sunday’s showdown with the leader of the Cenation? After all, Styles is one Superstar who enjoys taking any advantage he can get. Don't miss this classic confrontation tonight on USA Network. 3. The Tag Team and Women's divisions continue to heat up OK, in spite of a few enticing comments from General Manager Daniel Bryan on “Talking Smack,” so far there is no Tag Team or Women’s Title on SmackDown Live. But, to watch the members of those respective divisions in recent weeks, you definitely wouldn’t know it. Instead, the action has been, in a word, incredible. Last week, the WWE Universe saw a slew of tag teams descend on the ring to form an all-out melee, perhaps resulting from comments made by the confident American Alpha about the fire they intend to light under their competitors. The question now is: which tandem will look to make a statement next? The Women’s division has been just as fierce. Last week, two of SmackDown Live’s up-and-coming female warriors made their debuts: Alexa Bliss overcame Becky Lynch with the help of Eva Marie and her controversial wardrobe malfunction and Carmella upset an irate Natalya. Will these emerging competitors face retribution at the hands of their more entrenched adversaries? Will Eva Marie finally have her spectacular debut? In short, there may not be any title to fight for as of yet, but that’s not stopping these SmackDown Live competitors from kicking it up a notch to prove they’re the best Team Blue has to offer. And we can’t wait to see what they do next. 4. Will Heath Slater be back for another try at Smackdown Live? Folks, it just doesn’t pay to be Heath Slater these days at all. Last week, The One Man Band attempted to finally secure a SmackDown Live contract, only to be decimated by Rhyno. Interestingly enough, SmackDown Live GM Daniel Bryan and Commissioner Shane McMahon were prepared to give him a contract anyway, before he made the mistake of telling them off and storming out. Then, yesterday on Raw, Slater actually stepped up to Brock Lesnar for a possible Raw contract and … let’s just say that didn’t go well either. Assuming there is anything left of Slater following his clash with The Beast Incarnate, will he dare try to join Team Blue once again? And just how many kids does Slater have anyway? 5. Where will The Viper strike next heading into SummerSlam? In the last few weeks, Dean Ambrose on the “Stone Cold Podcast” and Daniel Bryan on “Talking Smack” have alluded to Raw’s Brock Lesnar’s laziness due the infrequency which he competes. While we would never (ever) use that word to describe The Conqueror, one can never make such a statement about The Beast Incarnate’s SummerSlam opponent Randy Orton. Since returning to WWE, The Viper has been quite busy, taking out the likes of Chris Jericho, Intercontinental Champion The Miz and Alberto Del Rio. So, which Superstar(s) will be the next to make a pit stop in Viperville en route to Orton’s epic clash against Lesnar at the Biggest Party of the Summer? Find out tonight at 8/7 C on SmackDown Live.
Aug 16, 2016 I dig how they've been using Bray on SD since the brand split (except for the part where he doesn't have a f---ing match at SS). Its like Dean and Dolph are competing over the title but both know the real threat, in Bray, is looming over them. Reminds me (slightly) of early '99 when Austin and Vince briefly put their feud on hold because both had to deal with Taker and the Ministry because they were the threat to the company in the bigger picture.
Aug 16, 2016 Dolph just gave a really nice emotional promo about Dean not being able to beat him at Summerslam but how can I take him seriously when he's telling Dean that Dean doesn't have enough to beat him? The dude was jobbing to Baron Corbin nonstop the past few months makes no sense, Dean is a main eventer who beat Seth and Roman clean....Dolph simply doesn't have the feats to match up so he genuinely sounds r-----ed
Aug 23, 2016 Smackdown preview, Aug. 23, 2016: AJ Styles to address the WWE Universe tonight on Smackdown Live In the wake of SummerSlam, will The Phenomenal One address John Cena'a post match actions? Plus, who will step up to challenge WWE World Champion Dean Ambrose and can the Women's division handle the SmackDown Live debut of Nikki Bella? 1. How will Smackdown Live rebound from Brock Lesnar's SummerSlam onslaught? At SummerSlam, Brock Lesnar not only executed a hellacious assault on Randy Orton, the crown jewel of SmackDown Live, but he also hit the F-5 on Commissioner Shane McMahon. Now, Shane-O-Mac and The Viper are pretty tough and there is little doubt that they will be back. Nevertheless, have the actions of The Beast Incarnate caused a shockwave that could dismantle Team Blue’s momentum in their friendly competition against Raw? For that matter, will Shane still perceive that competition as friendly after suffering such a painful attack? His Tweet on Monday indicates a definitive no, as he stated in no uncertain terms that Brock had crossed the line. And though his sister and Raw counterpart Stephanie McMahon agreed and said there will be repercussions, it only seems logical that the damage may have already been done and an ultra-competitive guy like Shane may be ready to turn things up a notch. So the real question is: what will Team Blue do to regain its edge en route to its first solo pay-per-view, Backlash, set for Sept. 11? 2. Who is coming after Dean Ambrose's WWE World Title? In an all-out explosive showdown, WWE World Champion Dean Ambrose successfully defended WWE’s most coveted title against a very game Dolph Ziggler at SummerSlam. So, this Tuesday, just who will be gunning for that target on the back of The Lunatic Fringe? You can’t count out Ziggler just yet. After all, The Showoff truly brought his game to a whole new level and he could definitely return for more after coming so close. Then again, his defeat might allow other hungry Superstars to step up to the plate (as Seth Rollins discovered on Raw). Perhaps we’ll see SummerSlam victors, such as AJ Styles or Intercontinental Champion The Miz? Could a desperate Heath Slater come out of left field and try to goad the detached titleholder into a match to try and finally secure him a contract? That notion is almost as scary as Bray Wyatt, who has attempted to drop a shroud of darkness over both Ambrose and The Showoff in recent weeks. Or will The New Face of Fear be focused on internal matters, after he dropped Erick Rowan’s mask when his disciple was defeated by the WWE World Champion one week ago? 3. AJ Styles addresses WWE Universe as fans wonder whether Cena has given up As stunning as John Cena’s loss to AJ Styles was at SummerSlam, it was what happened moments after that which has social media going absolutely crazy. After pondering a moment in the center of the ring, The Leader of the Cenation left his “Never Give Up” wristband on the canvas and walked away. Not to add to the Twitter hysteria, but we kind of want to know, too. What could this all mean? Could it just be self-acknowledgement that Cena came up short against The Phenomenal One in a contest that both competitors agreed would determine the true “Face that Runs the Place”? Or might it be something much more? Could Cena have somehow made a decision in that moment to give it all up? Has SmackDown Live lost its favorite 15-time World Champion? Perhaps we will have our answer tonight when AJ Styles, the very same Superstar who overcame Cena at SummerSlam, will addresses the WWE Universe at 8/7 C on USA Network! 4. Will Nikki Bella take over? Perhaps one of the biggest surprises of SummerSlam was when Nikki Bella returned from her longstanding neck injury to win the 6-Women Tag Team Match and join the SmackDown Live roster! Later in a WWE.com Exclusive video, the former champion made it clear that she has big plans for Team Blue. Her victory at The Biggest Event of the Summer has already provided a reminder of just how dangerous she can and will be to have on Tuesday nights. But with her brother-in-law Daniel Bryan already teasing the creation of new SmackDown championships and her fellow competitors calling for the creation of a SmackDown Women’s Title, you can bet the Tuesday night's newest Superstar will only add fuel to that fire. Don't miss when Nikki Bella makes her SmackDown Live debut tonight at 8/7 C on USA Network. 5. The Usos just put American Alpha and the tag team division on notice With everything that happened at SummerSlam, one must not overlook the controversial ending during Kickoff’s 12-Man Tag Team Match. After weeks of up-and-coming American Alpha seizing the SmackDown Live spotlight, Jey Uso tagged himself into the SummerSlam melee and effectively stole the victory from teammates Chad Gable & Jason Jordan. Evidentially, it was time for the two-time WWE Tag Team Champions and the longest-tenured tag team on Tuesday nights to remind their fellow competitors what “Uso Crazy” is all about … and American Alpha was clearly not happy about it. With all the fireworks, how much longer can GM Daniel Bryan continue to tease a possible SmackDown Tag Team Championship before the entire field of tantrums burns the whole place down? It all begins with SmackDown Live Pre-Show, tonight at 7:30, across all digital platforms.
Aug 23, 2016 those two penny belts they have on Raw right now are some of the ugliest belts I've ever seen like if I was in WWE I wouldn't wanna waste my time on those ugly belts ffs
