- Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com wrote the following about Roman Reigns possibly facing Brock Lesnar again at Summerslam:

"In commentary, they were heavily pushing the idea that Reigns deserves a title shot because of what happened at the Greatest Royal Rumble. Currently, that is the idea for Summerslam, but as noted last week, at least as of a few days ago, it was not 100 percent confirmed, but was the workingidea that Lesnar returns for Summerslam and Reigns as of right now is the opponent."

Meltzer added that Vince McMahon could always change his mind since it doesn't really matter to business who the champion or challenger is.

Just watched cm punk’s ufc fight and lmfao is he a terrible fighter. The guy has way too huge of a ego for himself. He truly believed he’s a Brock Lesnar and was going to go to the ufc and win some matches. Ufc even put punk against a guy they thought he could maybe beat. Poor punk got all bloodied up. Has no technique whatsoever. I wrestled in Middle and high school and I truly believe I would beat punk from the ground and I’m not even kidding.

@Kon or @Big Dangerous you guys end up seeing his fight. You can find highlights on YouTube. At this point for punk, I’d give up the ufc dream before embarrassing yourself any further. He’s only hurting his value losing these matches. Maybe give Japan a short run to see if he can still enjoy wrestling? Punk is a guy who thinks a little too highly of himself. I’d say that fight brought him back down to reality a little

I caught some highlights on YouTube and it was embarassing to watch. MMA fans and experts are clowning him, saying he looked like he hadn't spent 3 years training. Poor guy.

I doubt he and his wife would move to Japan at this point in their lives, but it would be cool to see him there. A return to ROH seems more likely maybe just for a match or two.

This is probably the last the world sees of CM PUNK

Let’s say if you were him, what would you do in his shoes? If he just hides the next few years he’ll fade into irrelevance. At least now, Japan or wwe could maybe still throw him some decent money for a match. I think while he’s middle aged he should chase the money and make another wrestling run. He clearly can’t fight. Almost felt bad for the dude after watching that tbh. If we just disappears for 4 years, will anyone really even care about his name then? I’d at least do one Japan match just so people remember you. And he was good on the mic at least. He needs to go back to what gave him a career in the first place, imo.
